What works for me is to say heat index and the name of the city that you're
looking for. Conversely, if you want the windchill you would simply just say
win to chill then speak the name of the city, she seems to only understand that

I'm guessing that your friend had set up her iPhone before you tried bringing
up the accessibility shortcut. Triple tapping the side button works when you're
setting up the iPhone for the very first time. If the iPhone has already been
