Hi.  This is a known bug in the BARD app since the release of Ios 17.  I wrote them back in September and they were able to reliable reproduce it on several iDevices.  I think we'll have to wait for an update to the BARD app to fix the issue. In the meantime, going to settings and adjusting

Problem solved. I had to open settings app and go to bard. Then I had to turn on initialization. When I opened the bard app there was the page to agree to the terms. I tapped the Agree button several times using voiceover of course but it did nothing except say selected. So then I tapped
