I agree. This wording makes sense and there is no reason for different wording that just takes longer to speak. Really, once you know what it does and you know you are in the app switcher, it will not cause any problem. It will not delete it from the phone. It would make no sense for it to delete

I'm curious, what does step 1 do? Is it the case that if you're currently in an app, pressing the home key twice will take you to the App Switcher, but you won't be able to close the app you're in? In playing around with my iPhone, that seems to be the case. I hadn't noticed that before! BTW
