My Plantronics voyager edge is in need of replacement because its battery is no
longer holding a full charge. This has been one of my all-time favorite
Bluetooth earpieces so I'm looking for a replacement. Has Plantronics come up
with a newer model or is the voyager edge still

the legend and Edge are still available. But the one I have really come to
enjoy are the Plantronics Back Beat Fit 3100. They are stereo buds but you

I purchased a Plantronics VOYAGER- 5200-UC in July from Amazon. It is larger
than the earlier models. Even so, the audio quality is especially good. I
checked other Plantronics models and one from Sennheiser before finally
locating this model; their user audio quality was not as good

With my iPhone 7 and 8 Plus, both now running iOS 13.1.1, I don't hear the new
message tone when I first open the app and the messages come in. Well, let me
clarify a bit here. Most often, I download the email to my blindness notetaker
where it is set to delete the messages from the server,
Running iOS 13.1.1, I no longer am able to see the number of personal hotspot
connections with my iPhone. Sometimes, I may have my computer and my Braille
Sense notetaker or my other iPhone using the other iPhone's hotspot connection.
In iOS 12.4, I could see the number of devices that were
ok, so where is this option? I haven't gone looking for it.

I got my wife a new iPhone 11. When you call her iPhone the ringer volume is
way down even though we have it on 100 percent. When we go into the ringer
settings it ring loud but when you call the iPhone it rings very low. We
have tried other ring tones but they all do the same thing. A few
