Provided you make it clear that your application is a wrapper around
standard VNC, and that users can choose to use more recent VNC releases with
it, and can download the source code for VNC, there probably isn't an issue.
If, however, your application includes VNC as part of it, or does

VNC Server 4.1.1 is fully multi-monitor aware, and will knit the monitors
into a single virtual desktop. Alternatively, you can create a REG_SZ value
under HKLM/Software/RealVNC/WinVNC4 with the name DisplayDevice and set
the value to the monitor's device name e.g. \\.\DISPLAY0.

The authentication stage of a VNC Enterprise Edition connection is

Barbara,
Connection timed out is often caused by firewall misconfiguration. If the
firewall isn't allowing connections to the specified port, it will often
simply drop the network packets, causing the viewer to receive no response

RSA Server Authentication means that viewers can avoid man-in-the-middle
attacks by verifying the identity of the server to which they are
connecting.
Windows Authentication involves authenticating the user to the server using
standard Windows user credentials.
