You need to provide a bit more info.  When dealing with storage occupancies you 
need to clarify what is being stored, how it's being stored (racks, shelves, 
bins, on floor, pallets), in what type of container (box, crate, tote, jars, 
etc.), encapsulated, heights of said commodities, etc.

Once you've established the what, where, and how then you can go deeper into 13 
and find how the area is classified.  For some commodities it could be  spacing 
of 130 sq. ft, for others it could be limited to 100 sq. ft.

Storage takes some analysis to determine what the appropriate approach will be.
