OK , Frank , you have a good point . I thought we were
miles past those damn OGL discrepancies , by now . I
guess there are still hurdles to climb in this area .

Matt is showing similiar problems , and my solution was
 actually ... (drum roll) :

Texture Quality      -  'None'

then select/unselect - "Force Tesselation" .
