Re: CSBuying silver
Hi francis, There is a way to test it with specific garvity that you can do at home. And there are companies tha strictly deal in metal nad their reputation depends on delivering what they claim. http://www.ccsilver.com/ Take care, V Greetings, I'm a pretty trust worthy person. So here's my question to the group: When buying silver 999 or purity from a reliable? Or trust worthy? Source, how do you know you are going to receive what you are paying for? Short of getting a lab test on what you have purchased? Even if you buy silver bullion from a bank, how can you determine if it is what they say it is? Hi anita, I clean mine with a Scotch Brite till the metal is shiny clean. Take care, V http://www.health-freedom.info/ Hi everyone. I am about to make my first foray into making CS. I bought 2 silver bars from a coin shop and one has some tarnish on it. The other is ok. I was wondering what does everyone use to clean their silver before using them in a generator? I would like to stick with something natural/organic. I tried soaking them in vinegar. So far didn't help. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Anita - Love cheap thrills? Re: CSCleaning tarnished silver bars?
Hi sol, well one reason why peroxide would not clean tarnish off is that. On pure silver the tarnish might be silver oxide, so adding more oxygen from peroxide would not do anything. you want to add something that combines with the oxygen in the silver to remove it. Like the vinegar which is an acid and a proton donor. when you are dealing with sterling silver however it is a different story because most of the tarnish on sterling silver comes from the copper oxidizing. silver polish usually contains soem thing that will remove that esily. In both case it is due to oxides on the metal and sometimes also sulfurs on the metal. peroxide provides more oxygen so would not work well to remove metal oxides. You need something that combines with oxygen to remove the oxides not provide more oxygen for making oxides. peroxide works good for bleaching colors because it oxidzes certain substances that are colored. It might be more involved than this in some details but that is basically it. Take care, V http://www.health-freedom.info/ I guess I thought it would work the same as using peroxide to clean the silver wires? Tarnish is different, but is all tarnish on all silver the same? Why doesn't peroxide clean tarnish off? Guess I need a basick chemistry lesson. And why not use regular old silver polish as is used on silverware? Does it leave harmful residues? I looked at the label on my jar of silverpolish and it doesn't say what is in it. thanks, sol V wrote: peroxide does not work in the same way V -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. Hi sol, I replied to your email and it refused delivery so here is my reply on the list. Well I dont know if the peroxide removes that black stuff, I never tried it, it may just diperse it so you cant see it :-) I just use a paper towel to wipe the wires off and sometimes I use a scotch bright to shine then up. I used the peroxide to turn yellow CS clear one time. works good for that. Hi ddarrin, Yes I believe it does, the powdered liver provides a lot of nutients, is high in B vitamins. Seems to work for me, not a kick in the pants because I do so many other nutrient potent things also but it does definetly add considerable energy. You should notice it in two or three days of using it. 135 g are equivalent to 500 g fresh liver. I get mine here. http://www.leviticus11.com/morlivr.htm Why Argentina? First, the cows supposedly live a life of luxury at home in the Pampas region of Argentina. A region of Argentina that is fertile in natural alfalfa, wheat, and oat grasses. The cattle roam freely on the grand, rich, grasslands. Organic cattle in the Pampas are required by the Argentine Cattle Association to be raised stress free. They are never given any hormones, branded, or herded aggressively. The animals live outside, free range, running free. Law requires one acre of pasture land per organic designated cow. La Moo. Just as the liver concentrates everything that is good for the body, it can also concentrate everything that is bad. Cattle from other countries, good ole USA included, have hormones, chemicals, antibiotics, pesticides herbicides (from the plant matter they eat), fertilizers, drugs, steroids, and who knows what else, possibly concentrated in their livers. Not to mention the practice of taking meat scraps from the slaughter house and recycled back to the other cows. Mad cow. Madder mad cow. Wash. Repeat. Be sure to look for Argentinean, organic, liver in any product you choose. I have tried the Helios brand whiuch is supposed to be the best and the flavor I tried was the vanilal and it seemed very tasty. I had never tried kefir before that so have nothing to compare it too. I also added soem Chlorella growth factor to it sometimes to make the organisms grow faster. It is supposed to increase the growth of the probiotics by about 4 times. Take care, V http://www.health-freedom.info/ A few months ago I tried Lifeway Kefir. It was the only brand I've seen in any stores here in SC. I didn't like it much...sour and fizzy, but kept trying it. I eventually got to where I actually enjoy the peach or strawberry. My daughter tried some Kefir and said it was so bad she couldn't drink it and threw it away. I was surprised. Yesterday I bought a brand that was new to me at the new Whole Foods Market. I tasted it, it was horrible, even though it had a very nice peach scent. Tasted it again and again and hated it. I added diced peaches to it and still couldn't drink it. It was Helios brand. I told my daughter to never buy that brand and she said that was the brand she'd bought, that in Detroit that was the only brand she'd found. I don't know what gives it that nasty taste but I found it totally un-usable. Anyone who's tried Kefir and didn't like it, be sure to try Lifeway brand. Pat __ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Re: CSMorgellon Type Illness - A different view
Hi SJY, Well look at it this way, with kirlian photgraphy you can view some of the energy streaming off the fingers. And also we are all standing in a voltage gradient that puts about 300 to 600 volts or more between our feet and the top of our head at all times. Any pointed surface usually streams off any excess charge so when you hold a Qtip in your fingers there is defenitely a charge happening there at the point. A real test would be to put the Qtip in a faraday cange and view it with a video camera from a distance and then see if anything moves then. Take care, V http://www.health-freedom.info/ Folks, I too looked at a few Qtips with a strong magnifying glass, and on one I did see one or two of the fibers moving around. I was very careful to ensure there were no air currents. BUT, as an electronic engineer with some high voltage experience, I hypothesized that the movement could be caused by electrostatic fields in the vicinity of the Qtips. Things charged with static electricity (high voltage DC) can exhibit some dynamic activity as the charge leaks off, and/or external things (e.g. hands) move in the vicinity and change the electrostatic field geometry. The timer also known as a zapper changes polarity every 10 to 3,500 times per minute. With the battery it might be necessasry to change hands every minute or so. Ole Bob But, Ole Bob, now you have complicated the subject when you admit the output is the same. Instead of a simple 6v lantern battery, you are using a nine volt battery with so small terminals you can't just wrap a wire around them, and therefore you need more parts, like a snap on terminal for the nine volt battery so you have wires to connect. Also, you have added a 555 timer, which I suspect no one here, well almost no one, knows what it is. This calls for more research to find out what it is and where to get it. More expertise required. A Godzilla is, like Terry said, a battery and a wire. Not only that but Terry pointed out that the non switching often is possibly more powerful in killing whatever. And who can hold the 'trodes in the same place all the time anyway, it is very convenient to switch them with your hands. No deep vein thrombosis, if you get my meaning. Simplicity is best. Hi Sickleave48045, Another thing to watch on dryers is the ventilation, if you have a pretty tightly sealed house then air flow can be a problem, a dryer is vented to the outside and it needs a contiuous supply of fresh air to do this, if it is in an air tight room it will stop the flow of air and the heat will build up real fast, I would say this is probably one of the main causes. Re: CSSore Knee
Yes the rebounder will do its job with even very gentle bouncing where you dont even leave the mat. What it does is activate the lymph system which pumps lymph using a bunch of check-valves and the up and down motion compresses the vales and lymph so they open and close and the lymph moves along the lymph vessels. there are more lymph vessels in the body than blood vessels and parallel the blood vessels everywhere and then some. So the gravity fluctuation of bouncing is what makes them work. We humans are running animals and when you run your body bounces up and down. people that move very little, which is most of us, then have very slow moving lymph. If the lymph moves very fast you get almost instant healing. Our sedentary lifestyle is what brings on all the disease. V Dan Nave wrote: This sounds silly, but be careful about using a rebounder... And I'll check out the specs on the 3-lead diodes too. M. G. Devour mdev...@eskimo.com wrote: Hi Max, I think you've set yourself at a bit of a disadvantage without realizing it. The easier way to go would have been to buy diodes with leads rather than surface mount. You may want to return them (if the vendor allows that) or write them off and order some with leads. I've never done anything with surface mount yet. If you put the following into Google, you'll get some guides to equipment and technique: surface mount soldering technique As you explore electronics you'll find a lot of hobbyist info and rub elbows with ham radio enthusiasts a lot. They are good resources. The most important things about soldering are clean surfaces, proper flux, and applying heat the right way... If you're using standard components of any kind, the leads are usually tinned or plated with something to prevent tarnish. Wire or circuit boards may or may not be plated. If there is any visible tarnish or corrosion, then scrape, sand, or scrub the surfaces gently until they're bright. Something as simple as a pencil eraser could be enough, or a knife blace or a little fine sandpaper. The exact method you use depends on common sense and the mechanical requirements of the situation. Leave your belt sander in the cabinet!!! Flux is the next step in getting clean surfaces. It is designed to dissolve the invisible oxide layer that inevitably forms on metal surfaces so that the soldering alloy can wet to the surfaces being joined for a strong mechanical and chemical joint. In metalworking you might use acid fluxes or borax or other chemicals. KEEP ALL SUCH FLUXES AWAY FROM ELECTRONICS WORK! The only safe kind of flux to use in electronics is rosin. Now, electronics folks have made it easy for you. Just buy rosin core electronics solder from any of the electronics suppliers. Since you're working with small stuff, small diameter solder is best. Something around .04 inches (1mm) is best. It takes very little heat to melt. Lastly, proper application of heat requires a reasonably sized soldering iron, an appropriately shaped and clean tip, and a firm understanding of what it is you're trying to accomplish... For small stuff like this you only need a 25W iron, and a small, slender tip. You'll probably find good suggestions for equipment for SMC use in the resources you dig up online. Take advantage of their experience. You *won't* be using a big honking 200W soldering gun or a metalworker's iron that's heated with a torch! Get a holder with a sponge in the base to put your iron in when it's not in your hand. You'll need the sponge and it'll protect the environment (and you) from accidental burns. If you want to go first class, get yourself a temperature controlled soldering station with all the bells and whistles. They heat up fast and can pour a lot of power into the job, but won't overheat the work. Expensive, but a real joy to have if you decide to get into the hobby long term. Now that we've got everything at hand, let's see what we have to do to make a good joint... Heat your soldering iron. When it's up to temperature melt a little solder on the tip. The flux from the solder will bubble up and smoke, and a small blob of solder should cling to the surface. Then wipe the tip with a quick swipe on the damp sponge. It should end up shiny. You'll do this anytime you pick up the hot iron and it isn't still shiny. Often another swipe on the sponge will bring it back. If not, another small touch of solder will be needed. Your soldering tip is now ready to apply to the joint. You've already made sure that the surfaces to be joined are shiny. You should also be sure that the mechanical joint between the parts is stable and reasonably strong. Using solder as glue to hold a joint together is not the best technique in general. It is susceptible to vibration and fatigue. With PC mount components you've got leads going through a hole to stablize things. With SMC you usually have the part glued to the substrate to keep it in place while it's being soldered. Joining wires, or wires to terminals, you'll wrap or twist or pinch the joint so it's mechanically sound before you solder. Finally, the big moment. Here's where you finally see what it is you're trying to accomplish. Apply your shiny, tinned soldering tip to the junction of the parts to be joined. Poke the solder into the joint near
Re: CSCurrent Limiting diodes
Hi Dan, Those are interesting little diodes. I can put a direct short in the circuit and they still limit it to 1 MA. I calculated it takes about 5.5 to 6 inches of 14 gauge wire to give the correct surface area for 1 ma current. Take care, V Energize With Light http://www.theledman.net/ I think current limiting diodes is something of a misnomer, kind of like products marked unscented which have scent in it, or like Liberal and Conservative in the political realm... By the way, don't buy the exact 1.0 ma diode, buy one tenth ma less than or greater than (ie. 0.9 ma or 2.1 ma). They are less than half the price of the exact 1/0 ma diodes. Dan IV.5 - Current Limiting diodes? Constant current two-terminal devices can be made by shorting the gate and the source of a JFET together. When the FET is forward biased, this results in a nearly constant current for voltages ranging from roughly 2V up to 300V (or the breakdown voltage of the device in question). In reverse bias, this kind of constant current device conducts as a junction diode (so one can oppose two such devices in series to regulate AC current). Siliconix makes two-lead FET current-limiting diodes ranging from 0.24 mA (J500) through 4.7 mA (J511) in plastic packages, and from 1.6 mA (CR160) through 4.7 mA (CR470) in metal TO-18 packages. National Semiconductor makes a three-terminal adjustable device, the LM134/LM234/LM334, that acts as a resistor-programmed current source diode, analogous to the 'programmable Zener' TL431. Adjustment range is 1.0 uA to 10 mA, and voltage compliance is from 1V to 40V (or 30V for some versions). The current is slightly temperature-dependent (this may be useful, or can be eliminated with a diode added to the adjustment resistor). -- -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. I think you and others have used this term, Which Leads to short together. It has been a bit confusing to me, raises some questions, and may be misleading to others. I have used many diodes over the years, likely numbering into the thousands. At one time, the systems in the field were not perfect, the manufactures did not have all their ducks in a row, and we had to interface systems, build small circuits on the job site, and even piece together a diode matrix now and then. I would buy them 50 and 100 at the time and felt I cold not hit the road without a bag of diodes. I thought I had used them in every imaginable fashion, but maybe not. Still, the term which leads to short together leave me in AWE and a state of confusion. Literally, shorting the leads together can mean only one thing. That is, unless the mounting / support lead enters the picture. Short one lead to it ? Still, in my mind, Shorting the leads together can mean only one thing. Possibly you are meaning, Where to put the diode in the circuit as it would appear to short together the two points, but in reality it does not. As you know, there is a forward voltage and near a constant current for reverse voltage use. Makes me wonder if several biased in reverse would not work as a current limiter. A short is a short is a short. How can anyone define it differently. Shorting the two leads together ( A two lead diode ) would render it useless and worthless. Not trying to muddy up the water that you and others have already cleared up, but don't want to see the beginner or the novice to proceed with any confusion. Or ... confusing terms. Re: CSDiodes with 3 leads ( Question and Use )
It is a current limiting diode, not just a regular diode. It is used to limit the current to 1 ma The third leg can be used to adjust the current I believe. the point of this diode is to limit current while make CS. It is used with DC current in my setup so its not a diode for the purpose of rectifying current because the current is already DC. it is used to regulate current instead and the reason they call it a diode is because it also lets current flow only one direction. If you hook it up in the wrong direction nothing at all gets through. When you buy them they are labeled current limiting diodes. It appears he got the wrong component to start with. Can't see why anyone wants this device if all he wants is a diode. I understand that everything changes over time. Yet I have a hard time accepting the fact that the lowly diode has changed into a 3 legged critter. I suppose it works like a diode when connected as the drawing. I read the complete PDF.Seems there are 3 models. I would get the highest voltage model but others may want the ] 50 VDC limit. Anyone could use nothing but that supply to make CS. Or. they could power other boards with the special features they want. The prices is amazing also. I have paid nearly that amount for a digital meter alone to mount in a panel. Years back, that unit would have cost several times the price today. I would not even want to collect all the parts for the amount of the unit. However, I feel that at one point in your life, you rather build something than to buy it. I have been there and spent hours and lots of money to that goal. I still have two great boards I purchased when learning to program RS-485 communications. Those boards cost $ 175.00 each. I added some switch brackets, LED's and relay boards to each of the communication modules, which is all they really were. I had about 3 weeks fun with those boards, including mastering the communication code. They could be used to control heaters, fans, pumps, you name it. They are still on the work bench after about 16 years. The point is, if we never did things the hard way, we could not appreciate the easy way. The learning is likely worth every penny of the cost. I have another power supply I built, a true switching regulated supply with huge heat sinks and fans. The output is 12 VDC and 100 AMPS. Next I built a load to test it to make sure the design was sound. I wish I had the cost of the parts back for that project. Re: CSGreat Power Supply
Yeah neat thing about that power supply is its not much more than some CS makers and you can scale it up or down to whatever size you want. Big electrodes or small ones. one could crank it way up at the begining of the process to speed it up and then throttle it back once its under way. Take care, V Energize With Light http://www.theledman.net/ Evening V, That way you could use all your time and energy doing experiments instead of building power supplies. http://www.circuitspecialists.com/prod.itml/icOid/7859 That supply is virtually designed to do all the things he wants to do. Peter may be one of the rare breed that rather build something as to buy it. But, that supply you suggested is a steal at the price. CSCS more than just an antibiotic
I talked to friend of mine a couple days ago and he had read that the best way to take CS was to put it in your mouth and swish it around for a long time, like several minutes and then spit it out. And do it a few times a day, that you get more by absorbing through the mouth like that than what gets into the system through the digestive track so I am going to try that for a while. I talked to another friend and he reminded be of the work of Dr Becker http://www.rexresearch.com/becker/becker1.htm And that the presence of silver dose a lot more than kill bacteria, it helps the body regenerate tissue by de-differentiating blood cells and that allows the blood cells to change into any other types of cells in the body to regenerate the tissue. So the presence of the CS in the blood basically gives you an army of new cells to go regenerate any tissue that needs it. Anyway this has re-stimulated my interest in taking CS beyond just as an antibiotic. Hi Carlos, right but I read Dr Beckers books and he dose say the blood cells become de-differentiated(which is what a stem cell is) and then can become other types of cells. the silver helps this to happen long with a micro current. Hi Deborah, Yupp CS will work in those foggers. better yet get an ultrasonic humidifier it works on the same principle except it has a little blower and a big water tank so the fog is directed and you can keep it running for hours. Respectfully, Rich Adams - Original Message - From: Medwith, Robert To: 'cs' Sent: Monday, November 06, 2006 11:33 AM Subject: CSLarge nebulizer for critters. Anyone ever seen a dust collector for dry wall sanding. It is powered by a vacuum cleaner (large shop one). You have a 5 gallon bucket 1/2 full of water. Bucket lid has 2 hose connection the one for air inlet is below water, outlet is under side of lid. When you suck air (with vacuum cleaner) on top of water on sealed bucket you force all air into bucket through water. This action traps dust when you sand (with a hose) drywall. Now if you do away with hose to sand and fill bucket with CS or a mix of CS and water. Now you have the worlds largest Nebulizer. You could run this in a pretty good size room, with critters in room breathing in the CS. This could also disinfect the room. Only draw back in a house you might see some gray build up on walls from silver. You could do this in a room you were going to paint, let the moisture dry. After you paint the paint would have silver in it to stop mold. If we ever had contamination in air (God forbid) you could use this large nebulizer to help clear a room. You could blow air from vacuum cleaner in bucket below water and air out would be treated same way. This way last stop for air is through the air and not through the vacuum cleaner. This would be a way to do any people or critters in room. Only draw back is noisy vacuum cleaner. The larger the vacuum cleaner the more air forced through CS/Water. I have a large Sears Shop Vav and this system does a great job catching drywall dust when sanding. It would make one heck of a nebulizer. Bob - Cheap Talk? Check out Yahoo! Re: CSLED therapy
Hi G, Well I have never heard of LEDs pulling toxins and stuff but the way I understand it is that the 660 Red leds speed up the production of ATP in the cells helping them to heal faster and the 880 Infrared stimulates release of Nitric oxide which expands the capillaries to increase circulation so it is conceivable that some toxin effects may have happened but only indirectly form the leds by speeding up natural processes. there are several ways to get rid of toxins in the body, besides the master cleanes there is a good product called Homozon and thene there is the water cleanse technique I learned from Pat flanagan which is simple but not easy. and it involves drinknig exactly 4 oz of distilled water every 30 minutes exactly timed with a stop watch and donig it as many days in a row as you can. Its not that hard to do if you have a countdown timer that runs continuously and beeps every 30 minutes and you then drink the water. eat only immediately after the water. there are other cleaneses also one can use . the people tha do the Beck protocol use ozonated water to help remove toxins. I am just throwing this out as I am an avid Master cleanser and a big proponent of flushing the toxins out and not just stirring them up and leaving them in the body. It looked almost normal two hours later but this morning I had better get a check done to see for sure what the cause is. If the remedy prescribed is antibiotics only though I may if it is deemed a simple abrasion/infection thing just use the CS for several days. Should I use it full strength as some suggest or keep it watered down? I am uneasy as I am new to this stuff and don't want to risk her vision. Truly the only thing that helps me is to refocus on helping others. Then I remember I am not here for me, I am here to give my life away in meaningful ways, we can't take anything with us, so much of what we have, strive to get, and keep is merely distraction and entertainment. I like my stuff too, don't get me wrong, just have to keep it in perspective. I think for a lot of us, it is the feeling of powerlessness that eats at your guts. Finding a way to reclaim your power, not of what you can not control but of your personal reactions to what happens to you. Don't let it all sweep you away with fear. I often think with more stress on all of us we just may have to start talking to each other again, and cooperating and sharing. Just this morning there are snowblowers up and down the block everyone doing their own little driveway. Makes more sense for some to share and take turns, but we are so insulated from each other these days. The answer is to recognise we are mere pawns and find ways to live with it, at least until the masses can turn things around. Pills only mask the problem and makes an individual functional, but that's about all. Functionality is not quality. The causes for most mental issues do not start from within, it's the result of outside influences and/or circumstances of which they have no, or minimal, control. I reiterate, they are simply pawns in someone elses game, to be sacrificed at their whim. I think if I was able to do this more often, it wouldn't be so hard to knock it out competely. I am away for ten hours with the commute. Re: CSSolution for warts?
Man, we need a book with everyone's remedies! I would love to have such a book, filled with treatments that have worked for people. everyone has access to something different for supplies and there seems a few or several pieces of advice for any one problem. Using the cheapest most easily accessed remedies is the way to go with expenses in our lives so high in most areas. Thank you everyone for sharing. I have had extremely tenacious plantar warts for a long time. I remember my mother putting acid crystals on warts on my foot when I was 8 or 9 years old. I ended up using strong acid on them whenever they got out of control, and had them frozen out a few times, but they would always come back. They seemed to be impervious to colloidal silver even though I took small doses for a long time and large doses for shorter times. Finally, I was taking MMS using their initial protocols for several months (never could get past 9 drops) and I found that all the warts on my feet had gone and the same with any warts on my hands. That was several years ago at least and they have never returned, so I feel that the MMS cleaned them out systemically. They now have much milder protocols for internal use, and there are protocols for external use as well, such as for soaking feet, so I would definitely try that if you have access to MMS. If you use it internally, I would caution you to use it at the newer low levels such as their protocol 1000 and take your antioxidants and baking soda once a day so as not to have any problem with the oxidant and/or acidic properties of the MMS.
