I am a brand new Outlook user and trying to get use to the various tree
menus and etc. I've organized some folders to help out but I wondered if
there were any tutorials or tips on how to set it up for efficiency use or
shortcuts/hot keys not listed in Jaws? I looked at the Outlook info in Jaws
Can anyone tell me how to get the BCC field available on Outlook 2003? I see
the To: CC and Subject fields but no BCC. Also I had turned off the error
message screen when an error occurs collecting email but I need to get it
back on. I've been through the Options in Outlook but can't seem to find

Go to the Insert menu and arrow down a couple to Worksheet. They'll
default to Sheet 1, Sheet 2, Sheet 3 or the like each time. You can rename
these. If you get your Jaws cursor on one of the sheets and right click it
you'll see helpful options there.

Running XP Pro, Jaws 12, iTunes Version 10.2.1.1. Is there a fix for
the F6 not working once you are in iTunes Store and in the results
area as it will not let you out? And more importantly no matter what
I put in for a search string, iTunes will only pull up the same junk

Then press Shift-F6 and you should be back in the sources list.
This works, but let's hope Apple fixes the F6 key soon.

I wonder if anyone else has this issue. I can't say when this started or if
it was even always there on this newer machine. I'm using Wind 7, 64 bit and
Office 2010.
The issue is often, but not always, when I copy something to the clipboard
while in Word, the computer just hangs for about ten

For a simple try, I'd plug in a different keyboard and see if that helps.
Double spacing can happen if changed in the Style settings under the Home
tab. I have had this too when posting to a list, all spaces become double,
but not on all lists. In that case it is a conversion issue. Word is kind
I'm testing out the text editor Ed Sharp. When I do a spell check on it, there
are times it will just take out Jaws. I've narrowed it down to it happening
when I tab to see the suggested correction.
If I Alt Tab off the checker, or minimize, I'll get speech back but not right
away. Sometimes

to convert some invoices so I can manipulate or view pricing. Adobe makes
one for like $50, but that's $50 and who knows if it's accessible or do what

I have two questions per the below.
Using Jaws 14, Win 7, and G-Data Internet Security; I'd recently been
periodically hearing a help balloon say, G-data Internet Security is not
running click here to start G-Data Internet Security.
I get same, but not all the time, with Windows Defender,
the same
issue with Firefox, but it's pretty much history for me at least until bugs
are worked out, so I don't much care at the moment. Any help on Chrome
tweaks or tips are greatly appreciated.

Thanks Ariel. Are you able to use the Jaws cursor to read the screen if
needed? Maybe with Chrome it's not necessary, but with the other browsers
there's been times I needed to click a button or right click a link where
the enter key and apps key respectively wouldn't' execute.

I've noticed that earlier versions of Jaws reads things V14 won't. I wonder
if that is the issue? Jaws cursor reads absolutely nothing on the screen. I
might have to call tech support to find out why. So far, I really like
Chrome's responsiveness.
