The Intel card is not supported in AP mode due to firmware license limitations.
Atheros based cards can be bridged in pfsense, but not using m0n0. m0n0 doesn't
support Atheros as it is based on freebsd 4.11 (at least if you are not running
1.2b7 which was based on freebsd 5).

Create a portforward like this one:
http://www.pfsense.com/screens/redirect_lan_to_another_mail_server.PNG but
change the ports to the ones of your example. Also you should set the Webgui to
a different port as you redirect port 80 to the proxy then. The exception for
the proxy will be
Yes, add an OPT1 interface and create one pass rule to allow all traffic to
destination not lansubnet.

Hi,
As you have these cards available, can you test vpn throughput? I would be
interested especially in results for the wrap.

Creata a rule at your DMZ subnet to allow traffic to destination IP INT MTA at
destination port 25. Make sure that rule is above your block rules. It's
routing between DMZ and LAN by default. Then just send over the Mail to the LAN
MTA by using the internal LAN IP 172.16.130.4.

Skype is a bitch if it comes to shaping as it uses any available port IF
available and each endpoint can have random incoming connection ports (the
incoming port is configurable): http://www.skype.com/help/guides/firewall.html
So there is nor real way to set priority for that kind of traffic
