I am in the process of removing the interior of my 95 M3 in
preparation for a rollcage installation and have all of the interior
pieces available FSOT. It's a Black sport interior(not luxury
package), sunroof equipped car and is in VG condition and at this
point I have everthing from front window glass and motors, carpet,
seatbelts and the seats available. It has the split/folding rear
seats (with the Motosport stripes) and pretty good condition Vaders.
If anyone is looking for anything send me an email off-list with what
you are looking for. I would prefer not to ship the larger parts but
obviously the longer the stuff sits in my garage that will change, I
am located 50 miles NW of Chicago and can deliver within a reasonable
distance if necessary.

I also have some other stuff, such as:

Alpine Single CD head unit with E36 adapter attached (don't know the
model but can look at it tonight)
Brey Krause Harness Bar
Schroth Profi II 4 point harnesses with ASM that are two years old

One of the things I am looking for is a fixed back race seat for the
passenger side, I would be willing to trade that for the Vaders since
I will need at least one seat to use until the car comes back from the
cage builder.

Found a piece of black plastic laying in my driveway a few weeks ago. I just
knew it was off my car... but I couldn't identify it. But I kept it on the
table in my garage anyway.

Fast forward to today. I take the fan out of the car to make it easier to
poke around for vacuum leaks & to get a better listen for this grinding noise
I hear (more on that later). Well I'll be... damn thing is missing a blade.
And the piece I have on my table is an exact fit. WTF. This is a newer part,
put it in the car last September (general cooling system R&R). What a POS.
Before I buy another one, does anybody have a specific recommendation for a
manufacturer that is especially good or bad? I don't need these things
disintegrating like this. What I have now is from Pelican,
11-52-1-712-058-M9, brand: Genuine BMW.

your fan blade is breaking because the fan clutch is bad. it's over spinning
the plastic blades. They don't do well at 6500RPM!

I agree with John.

I'm also curious why you would buy a Genuine BMW part from Pelican.
There web site shows it at more than $5 above dealer list price.

No, they're not.

As far as I know, they are based on currency conversions of the Euro
price, which can be vastly different to the US price.

Picked up what sounds like a new noise to me. Front of the engine (M52).
What I can hear with a stethoscope makes me think this might be the VANOS?
Marbles in a coffee can. This is not the factory part; got replaced (LCS in
MKE) a few years ago. Eminent doom? Could this be causing my lumpy idle?

...or has perhaps my out-of-balance fan ruined the bearings in my water pump?

That certainly seems logical, it probably wouldn't even take very long
to happen.
