Yes, please ask your sister.  I was considering sending an FIV+ cat there but 
I'm sure it's stable enough and I'm not so sure they're really proactive on 
adoptions.  It sounds like, at best, a sanctuary operation, rather than a 
rescue that fosters until adoption
