Yeah, I can see how that could effect someone's ability to play the game. Though, if the shapes are fairly basic, common, that shouldn't be a problem. Most people, even if they were born blind, can identify basic shapes like circles, rainbows, an s shape, etc. At least that has been my experience around totally blind people.
