The slot load iMacs are pretty relaxed with their memory requirements. Just about any PC100 or PC133 chip should work up to a 512 MB chip (possibly higher, but Apple specs it only as high as 512 MB chips for a total of 1 GB of RAM... some Macs can use higher than Apple claims, so can not, I can't say I've tried on any of my iMac DVs).
