What radiator cap did you have on yours. We fitted a 7-9lbs cap of an FC
Holden and never had any trouble with them grenading and there was plenty of
pressure for the injection.

Paddy,
The Mazda turbo is quite good and can be easily modified to flow over 400 HP
if
you need to later down the track as i'm sure you will. The exhaust housing
is
quite big so you'll probably have a late spool up especially if your only
using
1600cc.As for the cam the standard ones work ok but a proper turbo cam with
wider lobe seperation, long duration and high lift work a lot better. There
cheap to so I bought a couple of different grinds to try( I like the Fury
Bluebird copy the best).Water injection is a must but I had trouble with
those
Ford expansion tanks cracking from a backfire. What dizzy are you using and
what
advance? The L series love turbos and if you blow it up just throw another
motor
in.
