Terry,
I started with a 13lb cap but that leaked bad running 20psi ( bad fumes ), I
then fitted a solid cap and one night at the drags the car had a big backfire
splitting the tank and the boost gauge went off the dial.The next day I went
searching wreckers for a new tank only to find 3 others already split. The
wrecker told me it was a common problem with them, so i made a stainless tank
instead.
