In fact there are two slices of problems involved:
1. different dial-in, to
2. different ISP hosts (where your different mailboxes are seated).

Now, Nettamer needs a new dial-in for each ONE account (regardless
even if those are POP3 boxes or SMTPs of a same ISP host). In non-US
conditions, each dial-in costs extra money. The Net being just that,
this shouldn't be necessary - on NET ACCESS dial-in would (normally)
be sufficient.
[This is the reason why I migrated from Nettamer; for use of just one
single mail e-ddress I think N'T is still the most easy to install and
to use util.]
[In addition, one N'T only wouldn't allow you to use the same message
and save directories for different accounts. Another obstacle when you
want to keep things together which run over different accounts.]

Then secondly, there can be dial-in problems with one or the other
access point/ tel-no. - it was happening more often than not that I
needed an alternative when the one had skrewed it up again (which was
regularly the case with the here dominant, ex-public ex-monopolist
telco); or with a "roaming" service, where you need change the dial-in
setup when you use another access point elsewhere. It's not toooo
difficult to do that manually with N'T (if you are _well_ acquainted
with it, <g>), and it's "doable" with a batch arrangement (swap _all_
config files) but it's a bit cumbersome in any case; if there's enough
disk space, simply two separate installs of N'T are easier. Though
that's not a most elegant solution either.

All this would have been much better if N'T was constructed in a
modular way, with a clear separation between the dialler and PPP
socket and the net client functionalities.
