U PRIPREMI ZAKONI O CARINI I PREDUZECIMA
Podgorica, 31. avgust - Razvoj malih i srednjih preduzeca, kao i aktivna
politika zaposljavanja jedan su od osnovnih strateskih pravaca Vlade
Crne Gore - izjavio je potpredsjednik crnogorske Vlade Branimir
Gvozdenovic. U tom pravcu, kazao je Gvozdenovic,Vlada je odlucna da
nastavi sa ekonomskim reformama, a vec je postignuta monetarna
stabilnost i ostvarena liberalizacija uvoza i izvoza. U pripremi su i
nacrti zakona o preduzecima, carinama a predstoje i reforme poreskog i
fiskalnog sistema.

TURIZAM NE SMIJE DA CEKA
Podgorica, 31. avgust - "Uslovi i potencijali crnogorskih turistickih
destinacija moraju se pretvoriti u kvalitetnu i potvrdenu ponudu, rekao
je ministar turizma u Vladi Crne Gore Predrag Nenezic. Zato, prema
njegovoj ocjeni, treba izvrsiti potrebnu kategorizaciju i
standardizaciju turistickih objekata, regulisati i suzbiti sivu
ekonomiju i uskladiti crnogorski bankarski sistem sa svjetskim
standardima. Privatizacija u turizmu, naglasio je Nenezic, takode ostaje
strateski cilj.
Pripreme za iducu turisticku sezonu
BOLJI USLOVI PLACANJA CEKOVIMA I KARTICAMA
Podgorica, 31. avgust - Naredne turisticke sezone u Crnoj Gori stvorice
se bolji uslovi za placanje cekovima i karticama - receno je na sastanku
predstavnika Ministarstva turizma i crnogorskih bankara. U tom pravcu
definisane su aktivnosti za adekvatnu pripremu naredne sezone u smislu
omogucavanja koriscenja kreditnih kartica, "travellers" cekova i
bankomata.
Pored vec uspostavljenih mjenjackih poslova, stvorice se svi neophodni
uslovi za implementaciju sistema bezgotovinskog placanja, kroz otvaranje
novih filijala u primorskim oopstinama, postavljanjem terminala i
kes-automata.

OBJELODANJENA KAMATA NA DRZAVNE ZAPISE
Podgorica, 31. avgust - Kamata koja ce se obracunavati za prvu transu
drzavnih zapisa, u vrijednosti od 5 miliona maraka, iznosice od 4,5 do
7,5 odsto na godisnjem nivou, kazu u Ministarstvu finansija Vlade Crne
Gore. Nakon prvog iznosa koji ce biti emitovan 5. septembra, moguce je
da ce se kamatna stopa mijenjati u zavisnosti od traznje.
Seminar o razvoju malih i srednjih preduzeca
FORMIRANJE "EURO INFO CENTRA"
Podgorica, 31. avgust - Na juce odrzanom seminaru o razvoju malih i
srednjih preduzeca predstavljeni su strategija i planovi crnogorske
Agencije za razvoj malih i srednjih preduzeca. Izrecena je ocjena, da je
sektor malih i srednjih preduzeca u Crnoj Gori nerazvijen i da su glavni
ciljevi Agencije podsticaj osnivanja novih firmi, razvoj postojecih i
povecanje broja malih preduzeca koja se bave izvozom. U Crnoj Gori, do
kraja godine bice formiran "Euro info centar", koji ce se koristiti kao
resurs za generalno i specijalizovano informisanje i savjetovanje o
mogucnostima na trzistu Evropske unije.

STUPILA NA SNAGU UREDBA O AKCIZNIM MARKICAMA
Podgorica, 31. avgust - Objavljivanjem u Sluzbenom listu zvanicno je
stupila na snagu Vladina uredba o akciznim markicama.
Uredbom su predvidene kaznene odredbe za one koji budu trgovali akciznom
robom bez markica. Predvidene kazne krecu se izmedu 100 i 200 minimalnih
zarada u Crnoj Gori.

FIRME IZ AUSTRIJE MOGLE BI DA ULAZU U CRNOJ GORI
Podgorica, 31. avgust - Austrijske kompanije mogle bi ucestvovati u
izgradnji postrojenja za preradu komunalnog otpada, kao i rekonstrukciji
putne i zeljeznicke infrastrukture u Crnoj Gori - izjavio je juce u Baru
grof Jon Gudenus, predsjednik Spoljnopolitickog odbora austrijskog
parlamenta.
Grof Gudenus, je tom prilikom istakao zainteresovanost Vlade Austrije za
regionalno povezivanje i saradnju sa Crnom Gorom, a posebno sa opstinom
Bar.

TURISTICKI SAVJETNIK ZA CRNU GORU POSAO NEDJELJE
Podgorica, 31. avgust - Frankfurtski "Centar za medunarodne migracije i
razvoj" (CIM) odlucio je da podrzi napore crnogorske agencije za turizam
i da raspise konkurs za turistickog savjetnika za Crnu Goru, koji bi
pomogao da se turisticki marketing podigne na nivo evropskih standarda i
da se uspostave veze sa evropskim operaterima.
Prema pisanju "Fajnensel tajms Dojcland"-a osnovni zadatak savjetnika
bio bi da za cijelu Crnu Goru izradi "marketinsku strategiju za promet
stranaca".Od kandidata za to mjesto, trazi se visegodisnje iskustvo u
oblasti turistickog menadzmenta i marketinga, dobri kontakti, znanje
engleskog i srpskog jezika.

STANOVI ZA 18 PORODICA
Podgorica, 31. avgust - Juce su u Niksicu uruceni kljucevi stanova za 18
socijalno ugrozenih porodica. Izgradnju tih stanova pomogla je
italijanska humanitarna organizacija "Kopi", koja je obezbijedila
kompletan gradevinski materijal i opremu za stanove, dok je ostale
troskove finansirala opstina Niksic.\

development of small business and employment
DRAFTS OF THE LAW ON CUSTOMS AND ENTERPRISES
Podgorica, 31st August- Development of the small and middle enterprises,
as well as the constant policy of employment is one of the Montenegrin
Government priorities - Vice President of the Montenegrin Government
Branimir Gvozdenovic said. The government decided to continue with
implementation of the economic reforms, and monetary stability and open
import-export liberalization represent a successful step toward it. The
drafts of the laws on enterprises, customs and reforms of the tax and
fiscal system are being prepared.
Minister Nenezic about development of the Montenegrin tourism
TOURISM CAN NOT BE STOPPED
Podgorica, 31st August- " Montenegrin tourist condition and potentials
destinations have to be transferred in the qualified and successful
offer - Montenegrin Minister of Tourism Predrag Nenezic said. In his
opinion categorization and standardization of the tourist objects is a
condition for development, gray economy has to be stamped out and the
Montenegrin banking system has to be regulated according to the worlds
standards. Privatization in tourism, remains a strategic aim. - Nenezic
pointed out.
Preparation for the next tourist season
BETTER CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT WITH CHECKS AND CREDIT CARDS
Podgorica, 31st August- Better conditions for payment with checks and
credit cards are expected to be created in the next tourist season in
Montenegro - was concluded at the meeting of representatives of the
Ministry of Tourism and Montenegrin bankers . Therefore the activities
for appropriate preparation for the next season, such as use of the
credit cards, "travelers" checks and banking machines have been defined.
Besides the exchange operations needed, all necessary conditions for
implementation of the system for payment without cash will be created,
through an opening of the new departments in the municipalities in the
Montenegrin coast, placing terminals and cash machines.

INTEREST ON STATE BILLS IS MADE PUBLIC
Podgorica, 31st August- Interest which will be calculated for the first
block of state bills, worth 5 million DEM, will be 4,5 to 7,5 % at the
years level, it has been said in the Montenegrin Ministry of Finance.
After the first amount, which will be broadcast on 5th September, it is
quite possible that the interest rate will be changed in accordance with
demand.
Seminar about development of the small and medium enterprises
"EURO INFO CENTER" TO BE FORMED
Podgorica, 31st August- The strategy and plans of the Montenegrin Agency
for development of the small and medium enterprises were presented at
yesterday's seminar on the same subject. It has been concluded that the
sectors of the small and medium enterprises in Montenegro are quite
undeveloped and that the priority of the Agency is to support opening of
the new enterprises, especially the small enterprises dealing with
export and development of the existing enterprises as well. The "Euro
Info Center'', as the institution available for general and specialized
information and consulting about the situation and possibilities on the
EU market.

COMPANIES FROM AUSTRIA POSSIBLE INVESTORS IN MONTENEGRO
Pogorica, 31st August- There is a possibility the Austrian companies to
participate in construction of equipment for processing of communal
trash, as well as in reconstruction of the road and railway
infrastructure in Montenegro.- President of the Foreign Policy Board of
the Austrian Parliament Earl Jon Gudenus said yesterday in Bar.
Earl Gudenus pointed out that the Austrian Government is interested in
regional connection and cooperation with Montenegro, especially with Bar

Podgorica, 31st August- "Center for international migration and
development " (CIM), Frankfurt has decided to support the strivings of
the Montenegrin agency for tourism and to announce a competition for the
post of tourist adviser for Montenegro, who could improve the tourist
marketing in order to reach European standards and to make connections
with European operators.
"Financial Times Deutsche Land" writes that the counselor's main task
would be to work out for the entire territory of Montenegro "marketing
strategy for arrival of the foreign tourists". The candidates applied
for the job are expected to have several years lasting experience in the
field of tourist management and marketing, good business connections,
knowledge of the English and the Serbian language.

FLATS FOR EIGHTEEN FAMILIES
Podgorica, 31st August- Eighteen families, on a very law social standard
of living, got the keys of new flats yesterday in Niksic. The Italian
humanitarian organization "Kopi" supported financially building of the
flats and supplied the complete material and equipment, while the
Municipality of Niksic provided other costs.
