Na konferenciji Pakta stabilnosti za Jugoistocnu Evropu
CRNA GORA NASTUPA SAMOSTALNO
PODGORICA, 07. septembar - Crna Gora ce samostalno nastupiti na
konferenciji Pakta stabilnosti za Jugoistocnu Evropu, koja ce se odrzati
25. i 26. novembra Bukurestu.
U okviru platforme za nastup delegacija na regionalnoj konferenciji,
razmotrice se programi koje ce Crna Gora projektovati, ali i cjelovitost
nastupa crnogorske delegacije na toj konferenciji. Posebna paznja u
nastupu crnogorske delegacije, bice usmjerena za projekte na regionalnom
nivou, koji se ticu infrastrukture sa susjednim zemljama.
Predstavnici MUP-a Crne Gore i Vojske Jugoslavije ocijenili
TERORISTA NEMA - GRANICA JE BEZBJEDNA
PODGORICA, 07. septembar - Bezbjedonosna situacija na podrucju plavske
opstine je stabilna, a zajednickim aktivnostima ministarstva unutrasnjih
poslova Crne Gore i Vojske Jugoslavije garantuje se licna i imovinska
sigurnost gradana - potvrdili su predstavnici MUP-a i VJ-e. Na granici
prema Albaniji, nijesu registrovani slucajevi ubacivanje teroristickih
grupa, niti postoje saznanja o njihovim pripremama na tom podrucju.
Iz Ministarstva odbrane SRJ, takode je saopsteno da nema objektivnih
mogucnosti za eskalaciju albanskog ekstremizma i prelivanje teroristicke
pobune na teritoriju Crne Gore.

NOVI KONCEPT TURISTICKOG MARKETINGA
PODGORICA, 07. septembar - Masterplan - Strategija razvoja turizma Crne
Gore do 2020. godine, predstavlja novi koncept turistickog marketinga
Republike. U izradi Masterplana, pored domacih strucnjaka ucesvovali su
eksperti Evropske Unije, koji su bili posebno angazovani na Marketinskom
konceptu strategije razvoja turizma u Crnoj Gori.
Masterplan bice razmatran i usvojen od strane Vlade Crne Gore, a sa
novom koncepcijom razvoja turizma prethodno ce neposredno biti upoznate
sve nadlezne institucije u Republici.
Medunarodna organizacija SID u Kotoru
PRIORITET VISOKOM TURIZMU
PODGORICA, 07. septembar - Organizacija za razvoj preduzeca Jugoistocne
Evrope SID, u Kotoru je organizovala prezentaciju jednogodisnjeg
projekta osnivanja organizacije za razvoj turizma, vrijednog 70 hiljada
dolara. U tom projektu opstina Kotor participira a 20 odsto.
S obzirom, da su Kotor, Perast i Herceg Novi, u turistickom Masterplanu
Crne Gore, definisani kao nosioci visokog turizma, bice neophodno da se
napravi lokalna strategija razvoja turizma, koja ce najbolje odgovarati
postojecim resursima.
Iz crnogorskog budzeta veca izdvajanja za socijalu
MATERIJALNO OBEZBJEDENJE ZA 25 HILJADA PORODICA
PODGORICA, 07. septembar - Izdvajanje iz budzeta Republike Crne Gore za
socijalu bice uskoro znatno uvecana. Predlozenim izmjenama Zakona o
socijlanoj i djecijoj zastiti, predvideno je, da, umjesto sadasnjih oko
8 hiljada porodica, naknadu za materijalno obezbjedenje dobija 25
hiljada porodica.
Istovremeno ce, biti znatno reduciran broj korisnika djecijeg dodatka,
jer se predlaze da umjesto dosadasnjih oko 155 hiljada, dodatak dobija
oko 30 hiljada malisana.
Ekspertski tim crnogorske Vlade
U PRIPREMI ZAKONI O PREDUZECIMA
PODGORICA, 07. septembar - Ekspertski tim Vlade Republike Crne Gore za
izradu Zakona o preduzecima, Zakona o stecaju i Zakona o obezbjedenju
potrazivanja, predstavio je te zakonske projekte, koji ce uskoro biti
upuceni na razmatranje Skupstini Crne Gore.
Rijec je o veoma znacajnim zakonskim projektima za sprovodenje
ekonomskih reformi u Crnoj Gori, koji su uradili eksperti podgorickog
Pravnog i Ekonomskog fakulteta uz pomoc strucnjaka USAID-a.
Paket tih zakonskih projekata usaglasen je sa preporukama Evropske Unije
i sa svjetskim standardima u oblasti poslovnog prava, sto je pokazatelj
da je Crna Gora dovoljno spremna da se ukljuci u medunarodne ekonomske
tokove.
Crnogorski bankari porucili
ZAMJENA MARAKA ZA EURO BEZ PROVIZIJE
PODGORICA, 07. septembar - Zavod za obracun i placanja i sve crnogorske
poslovne banke mijenjace marke za euro - odlucili su crnogorski bankari.
Crnogorski drzavljani, ce moci da zamijene do pet hiljada maraka u
ZOP-u, bez provizije i ispitivanja porijekla novca. Iznosi preko pet
hiljada, mijenjace se u poslovnim bankama, uz otvaranje deviznog racuna.

OTVORENA FABRIKA SOJE
PODGORICA, 07. septembar - U Podgorici je otvorena fabrika za
proizvodnju stocne hrane "Sojaterm". Taj projekat je uskladen sa
zahtjevima trzista, neophodih za integralni razvoj crnogorskog agrara.
Fabrika ce, u tri smjene proizvoditi oko pet hiljada tona stocne hrane
godisnje. U planu je pokretanje i pogona za proizvodnju soje za ljudsku
ishranu.
Novi poslovi luka Bar i Zelenika
UGOVORNI IZVOZI ZA ITALIJU
PODGORICA, 07. septembar - Crnogorske luke Bar i Zelenika ovih dana su
sklopile nove izvozne aranzmane za italijansko trziste.
Preko Luke Bar, u narednih godinu dana izvozice se 500. hiljada tona
kamena sa brda Volujica. Postoje izgledi da se taj posao zakljuci na
duzi rok. Preko gatova barske luke, u svijet ce krenuti i proizvodi iz
Priboja, Kragujevca i Kikinde.
Poslovodstvo Luke Zelenika iz Herceg Novog, sklopilo je ugovor sa
italijanskim partnerom o izvozu drveta iz Crne Gore, za to trziste. To
je jedan od prvih izvoznih poslova te crnogorske luke u posljednje dvije
godine.

At the conference of the Pact for stability for southeastern Europe
MONTENEGRO APPEARS INDEPENDENTLY
PODGORICA, 7th September- Montenegro will appear independently at the
conference of the Pact for stability for southeastern Europe, which will
be held on 25th and 26th November in Bucharest.
As a part of platform for delegation introduction at the regional
conference, there will also be discussed programs projected by
Montenegro and the entire appearance of the Montenegrin delegation. A
special attention will be dedicated to the appearance of the Montenegrin
delegation, which will present projects at the regional level, as far as
infrastructure with the neighbor countries is concerned.

THERE IS NO TERRORISTS- SAFE BORDER
PODGORICA, 7th September- Regional stability in municipality Plav is
stabile. Activities of the Montenegrin Ministry of Internal Affairs and
the Yugoslav Army guarantee personal and property security for citizens-
the officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Yugoslav army
said. There are no registered cases of terrorist groups, on the border
to Albany, nor there are facts to confirm their presence.
>From the Federal Ministry of Defence, it was announced that there were
no possibilities for escalations of the Albanian extremism and spreading
of terrorist rebellion on the Montenegrin territory.

NEW CONCEPT OF TOURIST MARKETING
PODGORICA, 7th September - The Master plan- Strategy for development of
the Montenegrin tourism till 2020., present a new concept of tourist
marketing of the Republic. Besides experts from Montenegro in
preparation of the Master plan participated the experts from the
European union, specially engaged with the marketing concept of strategy
for development of Montenegrin tourism.
The Master plan will be considered and adopted by the Montenegrin
Government, and all official institutions in the Republic will be
primarily introduced with the concept for tourist development.
International organization SID in Kotor
PRIORITY TO THE HIGH TOURISM
PODGORICA, 7th September- The organization dealing with development of
the southeastern Europe companies, SID, organized in Kotor presentation
of one year project for founding of organization for tourism
development, worth 70 thousand dollars. Municipality Kotor will
participate with 20%in the project.
Having in mind the fact that according to the Master plan Kotor, Perast,
Herceg Novi are the main destinations of the high quality tourism, local
strategy for tourism development, will be needed.

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO 25THOUSAND OF FAMILIES
PODGORICA, 67th September- Financial contributions, from the Republic
budget will be considerably lowered. It has been predicted that
according to suggested changes of the Law on social and children
protection, instead of8 thousand families, as it was before,
compensation for material contribution to get 25 thousand of families.
At the same time the number of users of children's allowance will be
reduced. It has been suggested 30 thousand of children to receive the
children's allowance instead of 155 thousand, as it used to be.
Experts team of the Montenegrin government
DRAFT OF THE LAW ON ENTERPRISES
PODGORICA, 7th September - The experts' team of the Montenegrin
Government dealing with the draft of the Law on enterprises, the Law on
bankruptcy and the Law on demand presented the law projects, which will
be soon on the agenda of the Montenegrin Assembly.
These are law projects of the great significance for implementation of
the economic reforms in Montenegro, prepared by the experts from the
University of Law and University of Economy in Podgorica, with help of
the USAID experts.
The law projects are prepared in accordance with the standards of the EU
and the world standards from the area of business law, which confirms
that Montenegro is ready to follow the international economic courses.

Montenegrin banks will exchange DEM for Euro- as decided the Montenegrin
bankers.
The citizens of Montenegro will be able to exchange to 5 thousand DEM in
the Bureau for Clearing and Payment without commission and check of the
money origin. Amounts more than 5 thousand, will be exchanged in the
banks, by opening a currency account.

OPEN FACTORY OF SOYBEAN
PODGORICA, 7th September- Factory for production of the fodder
''Sojaterm'' was opened in Podgorica. The project has been done in
accordance with the market demands, necessary for integral development
of the Montenegrin agriculture.
The factory will produce around 5 thousand of the fodder per year, in
three shifts. It has been also planned an opening of the section for
production of the soybean for people's food.
New businesses in port Bar and Zelenika
CONTRACT EXPORTS TO ITALY
PODGORICA, 7th September- These days the Montenegrin ports Bar and
Zelenika made new agreements to export for the Italian market.
In the next year 500 thousand tons of stone from the hill Volujica will
be exported over the port Bar to Italy. This will probably be a long-
term business. There will also be exported products from Priboj,
Kragujevac and Kikinda over the port Bar to all over the world.
The managers of the ports Zelenika and Herceg Novi made an agreement on
export of the wood from Montenegro for the Italian market. This is one
of the first export businesses of the Montenegrin port in the last two
years.
