U SEPTEMBRU TRI ZASIJEDANJE
PODGORICA, 03. septembar - Druga vanredna sjednica crnogorskog
Parlamenta sjutra pocinje sa radom, a inicirana je od strane Liberalnog
saveza. Na dnevnom redu tog zasijedanja naci ce se predlog odluke o
imenovanju komisije za pripremu predloga zakona o referendumu o drzavnom
statusu Crne Gore.
Za 11. septembar zakazana je treca vanredna sjednica Parlamenta, na
zahtjev predsjednika Vlade Filipa Vujanovica.
Poslanici koalicije Zajedno za Jugoslaviju trazili su zakazivanje
cetvrte vanredne sjednice Skupstine, za 19. septembar, ciji dnevni red
jos nije utvrden.

SEST PORESKIH ZAKONA
PODGORICA, 03. septembar - U sklopu ukupnih ekonomskih reformi i
ostvarivanje programa borbe protiv sive ekonomije, pred poslanicima u
crnogorskom Parlamentu - vjerovatno za prvu redovnu sjednicu jesenjeg
zasijedanja - naci ce se set novih zakonskih propisa.
Rijec je o zakonu o poreskoj administraciji, potom o zakonu o akcizama,
zakonu o porezu na dohodak gradana, zakona o porezu na dodatnu
vrijednost i o zakonima na dobit i o porezu na imovinu.
Izrada tih zakona, uz pomoc eksperata za Medunarodnu zajednicu privedena
je kraju.

U KONCENTRACIONOJ VLADI SVE STRANKE
PODGORICA, 03. septembar - Ideju o formiranju koncentracione Vlade u
Crnoj Gori, iz vrha najjace politicke stranke - Demokratske partije
socijalista, vide kao mogucnost da se napravi siri politicki dogovor o
razrjesenju politicke krize u Republici, odnosno kao priliku da se
odluci o drzavnom statusu putem demokratskog referenduma. Iz te partije
porucuju da ce koncentracionu Vladu ciniti svih osam poitickih stranaka,
koje bi potpisale odgovarajuci sporazum ili bi dale rijec da nece
bojkovati referendum o drzavnom statusu Crne Gore.
Savjet Centralne banke Crne Gore najavio
NOVA EVROPSKA VALUTA U DECEMBRU
PODGORICA, 03. septembar - Prva transa novca iz Crne Gore, koji ce biti
zamijenjen za evro, u vrijednosti od 50 do 70 miliona maraka, bice
upucena vec tokom septembra, a nova evropska valuta ocekuje se u
decembru.
Dvovalutni sistem u Crnoj Gori trajace do februara iduce godine, ali je
moguce da ce se taj rok produziti do aprila, ukoliko bude potrebno.

PRODAJA DRZVNIH ZAPISA
PODGORICA, 03. septembar - Centralna banka Crne Gore objavila je
posljednji poziv za aukcijsku kupovinu drzavnih zapisa, koje je nedavno
izdala crnogorska Vlada. Prodaja drzavnih zapisa, vrijednih pet miliona
maraka, obavice se sjutra.
Drzavne zapise, prema Centralnoj banci, moze kupiti svako fizicko ili
pravno lice, ukoliko garantuje placanje i ako ima otvoren racun kod
Centralne depozitarne Agencije.

DRZAVA ODSTAMPALA AKCIZNE MARKICE
PODGORICA, 03. septembar - Akcizne markice su odstampane i od danas ce
biti u upotrebi - tvrde u Direkciji javnih prihoda Crne Gore.
U opticaju su dvije markice - jedne za domacu, a druge za uvoznu akciznu
robu. Na markicama je, pored teksta: Republika Crna Gora - Ministarstvo
finansija - odstampan i serijski broj.
Poceli radovi na tunelu Sozina
KAPITALNA INVESTICIJA CRNE GORE
PODGORICA, 03. septembar - Na sjevernom portalu auto - tunela Sozina,
juce su poceli radovi na toj kapitalnoj investiciji, koja ce za Crnu
Goru, barsku luku i Podgoricu predstavljati prosperitet. To je najveca
investicija u Crnoj Gori u posljednjih 25 godina i trebalo bi da bude
zavrsena do decembra 2003. godine. Izvrodaci radova su preduzeca:
"Slovenijacesta" iz Ljubljane i "Rudnici boksita" iz Niksica.
Uz realizaciju te znacajne investicije, u kojoj ce biti ulozeno 64
miliona maraka, uporedo ce se raditi i prilazni putevi sa svom pratecom
infrastrukturom, koji ce Podgoricu ciniti primorskim gradom, a
istovremeno ce se omoguciti valorizacija prirodnih i turistickih resursa
Skadarskog jezera.
Ministar pomorstva i saobracaja Jusuf Kalamperovic
NIJE SE ODUSTALO OD STRATESKIH PROJEKATA
PODGORICA, 03. septembar - Ministar pomorstva i saobracaja u Vladi Crne
Gore Jusuf Kalamperovic, izjavio je da se u Crnoj Gori nije odustalo od
izgradnje strateskih projekata. "Zajedno sa donatorima, Evropskom
agencijom za rekonstrukciju, Evropskom investicionom bankom i njemackom
vladom vec pocinje rekonstrukcija nekoliko puteva u Crnoj Gori", rekao
je Kalamperovic.On je, precizirao da je pri kraju izrada projektne
dokumentacije za most na Verigama u Boki, kao i tehnicke dokumentacije
za zaobilaznicu oko Podgorice.

TRECI KONGRES CRNOGORSKE SVJETSKE ASOCIJACIJE
PODGORICA, 03. septembar - Treci kongres Crnogorske svjetske asocijacije
bice odrzan u Podgorici - odlucio je Koordinacioni odbor tog udruzenja.
Na sjednici KO CSA istaknut je znacaj iskoraka razvoja demokratskih
snaga u Crnoj Gori u nedvosmislenom definisanju zajednickog cilja -
suverene drzave. Upucen je i poziv svim gradanima Republike, da u
demokratskom dijalogu, afirmisu modernu crnogorsku drzavnost, kao
kljucnu pretpostavku razvoja savremenog drustva u Crnoj Gori.

SUSRET MLADIH JUGOISTICNE EVROPE
PODGORICA, 03. septembar - Pod pokroviteljstvom Pakta za stabilnost
zemalja jugoistocne Evope, a u organizaciji njemacke Institucije za
akademsku razmjenu i Univerziteta u Erlangenu, juce je u Poetrovcu
svecano otvorena ljetnja akademija, na kojoj se okupilo 45 najboljih
studenata tehnickih fakulteta zemalja jugoistocne Evrope.
Osnovni cilj akademije je, da studenti za 15 dana druzenja prezetiraju
svoja dosatasnja znanja i razmijene iskustva pod pokroviteljstvom
poznatih profesora iz Evrope.

IN SEPTEMBER THREE SESSIONS
PODGORICA, 3rd September- The second early session of the Montenegrin
Parliament, initiated by the liberal Alliance (LSCG), starts its work
tomorrow. Suggestion of the decision on nominating commission to prepare
the draft of the Law on referendum on Montenegrin state status is on the
agenda of the session.
The third early session of the Montenegrin Parliament is scheduled for
11th September, at demand of Government President Filip Vujanovic.
MP's of the coalition "Together for Yugoslavia" demanded scheduling of
the fourth early Assembly session, for 19th September, for which agenda
has not been set yet.

SIX TAX LAWS
PODGORICA, 3rd September- As a part of the entire project of
implementation the economic reforms and realization the program of
stamping out the gray economy, the MP's in the Montenegrin Parliament -
probably at the first regular session in the fall- will reconsaider the
first set of the new law regulations.
These are the Laws on tax administration, the Law on excises, the Law on
income tax , the Law on extra value, the Law on profit tax and the Law
on property tax.
The draft of the laws is to be finished soon, with help of the
International Community experts.
The Head of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS)
ALL THE PARTIES IN THE ALL INCLUSIVE GOVERNMENT
PODGORICA, 3rd September- An idea on forming the all inclusive
Government in Montenegro, the head of the most powerful party -
Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) sees as an opportunity for creation
of a political agreement about solving the crisis on the political stage
in Montenegro, as an opportunity to decide on state status through
democratic referendum.
The Head of the DPS announced that the all-inclusive government would be
consisted of all eight political parties, which would have to sign an
agreement or to oblige themselves that the referendum on state status of
Montenegro would not be boycotted.
Montenegrin Central Bank Council announced
NEW EUROPEAN CURRENCY IN DECEMBER
PODGORICA, 3rd September- The first block of money from Montenegro,
which will be replaced with Euro, value of 50 to 70 million DEM, is
going into effect during September, while the new European currency is
to be actual in December.
Double currency system in Montenegro will be in effect till February
next year, but it is quite possible, if necessary, the deadline to be
prolonged till April.

STATE BILLS ON SALE
PODGORICA, 3rd September- The Montenegrin Central Bank delivered the
last invitation for buying of the state bills on auction, approved
recently by the Montenegrin Government. Sale of the state bills, which
worth 5 million DEM, will be done tomorrow.
According to the Central Bank every physical or legal person can buy
state bills, if guarantees payment or has an open bill in the Central
deposit Agency.

STAMP EXCISES DONE
PODGORICA, 3rd September- The stamp excises are printed and from today
are in effect- The Directorate for public revenues of Montenegro
announced.
The two kinds of excises are in effect - for domestic and for import
excises goods. Besides the letters: Republic of Montenegro - Ministry of
Finance-the serial number has also been printed on the stamp excises.

Sozina, yesterday started the works at this major investment, which will
represent for Montenegro, port Bar and Podgorica, a great prosperity.
This is the largest investment in Montenegro in the last 25 years and
should be finished by December 2003. The contractors of the works are:
"Sloveniaceste" from Ljubljana and "Rudnici boksita'' from Niksic.
Parallel with realization of this great investment, worth 64 million
DEM, the works on access roads with other infrastructure will be
organized. This will make Podgorica to become a coastal city and at the
same time all the natural and tourist potentials of the Skutary Lake
will be valorized.

Minister of Maritime and Transportation Jusuf Kalamperovic
WE DID NOT GIVE UP FROM REALIZATION OF STRATEGIC PROJECTS
PODGORICA, 3rd September- Minister of Maritime and Transportation in the
Montenegrin Government Jusuf Kalamperovic said that the Montenegrin
Government did not give up from building of the strategic projects.
"With a great help of donors, the European Agency for reconstruction,
the European investment bank and the German government reconstruction of
several roads in Montenegro will be started", Kalamperovic said. He
confirmed that the draft of the project documentation for bridge Verige
in the Boka, as well as the draft of the technical documentation for the
roundabout way to Podgorica.

THE THIRD CONGRESS OF THE MONTENEGRIN WORLD ASSOCIATION
PODGORICA, 3rd September- The third congress of the Montenegrin World
Association will be held in Podgorica - as decided the Association
Coordinate Board. At the session of the KO CSA it was pointed out how
important was development of the democratic forces in Montenegro with a
view to achieving clear common aim - sovereignty of Montenegro. All the
citizens of the Republic have been invited to promote a modern
Montenegrin state, as the base for development of the modern society in
Montenegro, through a democratic dialog.

YOUTH OF THE SOUTHEASTERN EUROPE GATHERED
PODGORICA, 3rd September- Under patronage of the Pact for Stability of
the southeastern Europe, in organization of the German Institution for
academic exchange and the University in Erlangen, yesterday in Petrovac
was opened a summer academy, which gathered 45 best students of the
technical universities of the southeastern Europe countries.
The Academy's aim was to gather the best students, who will, in the
period of 15 days, present their previous experiences and exchange
knowledge and experiences under patronage of the well-known teachers
from Europe.
