liderima parlamentarnih stranaka
RAZGOVORI O REFERENDUMU
Podgorica, 30. avgust - Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Dukanovic, u svojstvu
lidera DPS-a, juce je u Podgorici razgovarao sa predsjednikom
Demokratske unije Albanaca Fuadom Nimanijem, predsjednikom Srpske
narodne stranke Bozidarom Bojovicem i predsjednikom Socijaldemokratske
partije Zarkom Rakcevicem. Jucerasnjim razgovorima, predsjednik najjace
crnogorske partije DPS-a Milo Dukanovic zavrsio je prvi krug
konsultacija sa liderima parlamentarnih stranaka o rjesavanju
drzavno-pravnog statusa Crne Gore i intenziviranju zapocetih politickih
i ekonomskih reformi.
Predsjednik Dukanovic, je prethodno na istu temu razgovarao i sa
liderom Socijalisticke narodne partije Predragom Bulatovicem, a
stranacki prvaci Liberalnog saveza odbili su poziv za razgovor.

PRED POSLANICIMA SET ZAKONA
Podgorica, 30. avgust - Uskoro ce se pred poslanicima crnogorskog
parlamenta naci set novih zakonskih propisa, cija izrada je, uz pomoc
eksperata medunarodne zajednice, privedena kraju.
Rijec je o Zakonu o poreskoj administraciji, potom o Zakonu o akcizama,
o porezu na dohodak gradana, Zakonu o porezu na dodatnu vrijednost, o
porezu na dobit i Zakonu o porezu na imovinu.
Tekstovi tih zakonskih projekata, koji se rade u sklopu ukupnih
ekonomskih reformi, uskoro ce biti prezentirani janvosti, a ocekuje se
da tokom jeseni budu usvojeni u republickom parlamentu.

VUJANOVIC RAZGOVARAO SA PRIVATNIM PREDUZETNICIMA
Podgorica, 30. avgust - Predsjednik Vlade Crne Gore Filip Vujanovic juce
je razgovarao sa predstavnicima Udruzenja privatnih preduzetnika iz
Budve. Tom prilikom, preduzetnici su izrazili spremnost za saradnju u
izradi i primjeni novog poreskog bankarskog i carinskog zakonodavstva.
Konstatovano je, takode, da ce se povesti racuna i o primjedbama
preduzetnika na selektivnost u uvodenju registar kasa. Razmatrana je i
mogucnost da poreski obveznici mogu kupovati razlicite vrste kasa, kako
bi se ostvarila korektna saradnja svih drzavnih organa i privatne
privrede.
Ministar Predrag Nenezic o planovima za unapredenje turisticke privrede
USKORO PROJEKAT RAZVOJA ULCINJSKE VELIKE PLAZE I SKADARSKOG JEZERA
Podgorica, 30. avgust - Master plan njemacke kompanije DEG koji je
predstavljen na investitorskoj konferenciji u Igalu, bice osnova za
razvoj turizma u Crnoj Gori, kazao je ministar turizma Predrag Nenezic.
Master plan predvida prvenstveno elitni turizam, sto znaci i mnogo vecu
vanansionsku potrosnju. Ministarstvo turizma vec u septembru pocinje
implementaciju dva projekta iz Master plana. U septembru krece projekat
Velike plaze i Skadarskog jezera, za sta je njemacka vlada obezbijedila
milion maraka, kao i projekat regionalnog razvoja Boke Kotorske.
Ministarstvo turizma ce 12. i 13. septembra u Podgorici predstaviti novi
marketing koncept za promociju turizma, najavio je Nenezic.
Direkcija javnih prihoda
RIGOROZNE KAZNE ZA PREKRSIOCE
Podgorica, 30. avgust - Uredbom Vlade Republike Crne Gore, stampanje
akciznih markica stavljeno je u nadleznost Ministarstva finansija, tako
da ce i od te institucije zavisiti kada ce se one naci u prometu. Tom
uredbom su precizno naznaceni svi detalji vezani za akcizne markice, a
Direkcija javnih prihoda bice zaduzena za njihovu distribuciju.
Uredbom su, inace, predvidene i kaznene odredbe i to u iznosu od 100 do
200 minimalnih zarada u Crnoj Gori.

DIREKCIJA I CARINA U SASTAVU MINISTARSTVA FINANSIJA
Podgorica, 30. avgust - Direkcija javnih prihoda i Uprava carina Crne
Gore, uskoro ce biti u sklopu Ministarstva finansija Crne Gore, nakon
cega ce Direkcija imati ulogu servisa poreskih obveznika. U tom pravcu,
planirana je strucna obuka kadrova i to uz pomoc USAID-a, Evropske
unije, Evropske komisije i dr.
Tek nakon zaokruzenja normativnog dijela i obuke kadrova, Direkcija ce
steci pravu snagu da krene u obracun sa sivom ekonomijom, na mnogo
obuhvatniji i efikasniji nacin.

NASTAVLJENA SARADNJA KONFEKCIONARA SA ITALIJANIMA
Podgorica, 30. avgust - Fabrika lake i zastitne konfekcije iz Niksica
nastavila je saradnju sa firmom "Nova-Podijum" iz italijanskog grada
Lece.
Konfekcionari su potpisali ugovor o izradi 3 hiljade trenerki i isto
toliko modnih jakni u vrijednosti oko 30 hiljada maraka. Sirovine za taj
posao koji treba da se zavrsi do 1. oktobra, obezbijedice italijanski
partner.
Iz Fabrike "Rada" krece novi proizvod
"EKORADA" - CASA ZDRAVLJA
Podgorica, 30. avgust - Bjelopoljska fabrika mineralne vode "Rada"
prosirila je svoj asortiman novim proizvodom. Rijec je o mineralnoj
vodi "Ekorada", koja sa svojstvima stecenim u netaknutoj prirodi, na
obroncima planine Lise, stize do potrosaca.
Po ocjeni strucnjaka radi se o veoma kvalitetnom napitku prirodnog ukusa
pakovanom u ekoloskoj ambalazi u zapremini od pola litra i litar i po.
Markentiska ispitivanja pokazuju da je to izuzetan i profitabilan
poslovni potez Fabrike mineralne vode u Bijelom Polju.

PRODUZENA SEZONA
Podgorica, 30. avgust - Posljednji dani avgusta u crnogorskim
ljetovalistima proticu u znaku veoma dobre popunjenosti kapaciteta.
Lijepo vrijeme i niske cijene boravka u crnogorskim hotelima produzile
su turisticku sezonu.
Svi hotelijeri, u podsezoni su snizili cijene svojih usluga od 15 do
20 odsto. Elitni hoteli na Crnogorskom primorju, kao sto je "Sveti
Stefan", imaju stopostotnu popunjenost i u njima borave uglavnom
inostrani gosti.
Turisticka sezona i u planinskim odmaralistima, gdje je takode osjetno
pojeftinio smjestaj, se produzava. Ljepote Durmitora, Kolasina i drugih
planinskih centara konstantno privlace paznju planinara, alpinista,
istrazivaca, a najavljen je i boravak sportskih ekipa u hotelima na
sjeveru Crne Gore.
Zavrseni radovi na rekonstrukciji tvrdave Bedem
UNESKO POMOGAO REKONSTRUKCIJU
Podgorica, 30. avgust - Skupstina UNESKO-a je nedavno odobrila donaciju
od 15 hiljada dolara za izgradnju Ljetnje pozornice gradske tvrdave
Bedem u Niksicu, cija se rekonstrukcija, zapoceta prije tri godine, ovih
dana privodi kraju.
Gradsku tvrdavu, koja datira iz rimskog vremena, obisli su delegati
UNESKO-a koji su tom prilikom bili impresionirani istorijskom
vrijednoscu, kao i zapocetom poduhvatu na tom vrijednom lokalitetu.
Zavrsno otvaranje sjevernog dijela tvrdave planirano je za 8. septembar,
a na tom kulturno-istorijskom lokalitetu, pored Ljetnje pozornice, bice
instalirani i brojni sadrzaji za kulturno-zabavna zbivanja u Niksicu.

TALKS ABOUT REFERENDUM
Podgorica, 30th August-Montenegrin president Milo Djukanovi, as the
leader of the Democratic party of Socialists (DPS) talked yesterday in
Podgorica to President of the Albanian Democratic Union Fuad Niman,
President of the Serbian People's Party (SNP) Bozidar Bojovic and
Presidnet of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Zarko Rakcevic. President
of the most powerful Montenegrin party the DPS Milo Djukanovic ended
yesterday the first round of consultations with the leaders of
parliamentary parties about solving of the Montenegrin state status and
improving implementation of political and economic reforms.
Recently President Djukanovic reconsidered the same subject with leader
of the Socialist People's Party (SNP) Predrag Bulatovic. The leaders of
the Liberal Alliance (LSCG) rejected yesterday invitation on talks.

have to consider a new set on law regulations soon, whose draft has been
almost finished with a certain help of the expert from the International
Community.
These are the Law on tax administration, the Law on excises, the Law on
income tax, the Law on tax on extra value, the on tax on profit and the
Law on tax on property.
The draft of these law projects, prepared as a part of implementation of
the economic reforms, will be soon presented to the public. The laws
should have to be adopted in the Montenegrin parliament in the fall.

VUJANOVIC TALKED TO PRIVATE ENTREPRENEURS
Podgorica, 30th August- President of the Montenegrin Government Filip
Vujanovic talked yesterday to representatives of the Association of
private entrepreneurs from Budva. The representatives of the
Associations expressed willingness to cooperate in the draft of the new
tax, banking and customs legislation.
It has been promised that a special care would be dedicated to
entrepreneur's objections on the selection of the cash registers. There
has also been considered possibility for the tax payers to have a larger
range of various, cash registers with a view to reaching more successful
cooperation of the state institutions and the private economy.
Minister of Tourism Predrag Nenezic about plans to to improve tourist
economy
SOON PROJECT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF "GREAT BEACH" ULCINJ AND SKUTARY LAKE
Posdgoirca, 30th August- The Master Plan of the German company DEG,
presented at the investment conference in Igalo, is going to be the
basis for development of tourism in Montenegro, Minister of tourism
Predrag Nenezic said.
Primarily the Master plan will develop tourism of a high quality, which
means better tourist season. The Ministry of Tourism starts with
implementation of two projects from the Master plan in September. These
will be projects of the "Great Beach" in Ulcinj and Scutary Lake and
the German Government provided a million DEM. The project of regional
development of the Boka Kotorska will start in September as well.
The Ministry of Tourism will present a new marketing conception to
promote tourism branch, on 12th and 13th September, Nenezic announced.

VUKOVIC MET WITH THE CHINESE CONSUL
Podgorica, 30th August- President of the Executive Board of the
Democratic party of Socialists (DPS) met yesterday with General Consul
of the Republic of China Le Man Chang.
They discussed about further democratic and economic development of
Montenegro, and the Chinese Consul was especially interested in the
procedure, which will resolve all open matters of the democratic
development.

DIRECTORATE AND CUSTOMS AS SECTORS OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE
Podgorica, 30th August- The Directorate for Public revenue and the
Montenegrin Customs Administration will be the sectors of the ministry
of Finance from now on, and the Directorate is going to be Service for
tax payers. For that purpose a special training courses of the personnel
is planned with help of the USAD, the European Union, the European
commission etc.
Directorate will start with efficient and professional stamping out of
the gray economy,
soon after adopting normative regulation and after finishing personnel
training courses.

COOPERATION OF THE READY -MADE WORKERS AND THE ITALIANS CONTINUED
Podgorica, 30th August- The factory of the easy and protective
ready-made clothing from Niksic has continued cooperation with the "Nova
Podium" company from the Italian city
Lece.
The ready-made workers signed the contract on production of 3 thousand
of worm up
suits and the same quantity of fashion jackets, whose value is around 30
thousand DEM. The Italian partner will provide the material for the
production, which should be done by 1st October.
A new product of the factory "Rada"
''EKORADA'' - A GLASS OF HEALTH
Podgorica, 30th August- The factory of mineral water "Rada", Bijelo
Polje, appeared on the market with a new product. The product mentioned
is a mineral water, named "Ekorada", which will be available for the
consumer as a treasure of untouched nature, of the Lisa mountain.
Experts assessed the product as the one of a great quality with natural
taste, in ecological packing of a half and a liter and a half. The
marketing researches confirmed this as a very special and profitable
business project of the Factory of the mineral water in Bijelo Polje.
Montenegrin Coast
EXTENDED TOURIST SEASON
Podgorica, 30th August- In the last days of August in the hotels on the
Montenegrin Coast there are no free beds. Nice weather and low prices in
the Montenegrin hotels extended the tourist season.
In the past season prices are lowered for 15 to 20%. Deluxe hotels, on
the Montenegrin Coast, such as the hotel "St.Steven", have a full
capacity, and these are mainly foreign hosts.
In the mountain boarding houses, where the prices have also been lowered
tourist season will last longer this year. The natural beauties of the
Durmitor, Kolasin and other mountain centers constantly attract
attention of alpinists, mountain climbers, researchers and several sport
teams will visit the hotels on the north of Montenegro soon.
Finished reconstruction of the fortress Bedem
UNESCO HELPED IN RECONSTRUCTION
Podgorica, 30th August- Assembly of the UNESCO recently approved
financial aid of 15 thousand dollars for building of the Summer stage of
city fortress Bedem in Niksic. Reconstruction of the fortress, which has
been started three years ago, will be finished these days.
The UNESCO delegation was impressed with the historical value of the
fortress in Niksic, which dates from the Roman period.
The opening of the fortress northern part is planned to be on 8th
October. Besides the Summer stage this significant cultural and
historical locality will be a place for many other cultural and
entertaining events in Niksic.
