Podorica, 17.09.2001. - "Crna Gora ide sigurno svojim demokratskim,
nezavisnim, evropskim putem", rekao je predsjednik Republike Crne Gore
Milo Dukanovic u intervjuu sarajevskom "Dnevnom avazu". 

Pojasnjavajuci osnovni zadatak koncentracione vlade u Crnoj Gori,
predsjednik Dukanovic je kazao da bi njen jedini zadatak bio da pripremi
i organizuje referendum.

PODGORICA, 17. septembar - Skupstina Republike Crne Gore nastavice rad
sjutra, a na dnevnom redu naci ce se predlog odluke o imenovanju
komisije za pripremu predloga zakona o referendumu o drzavnom statusu
Crne Gore. 

U septembru, crnogorski poslanici sastace se jos dva puta - na zahtjev
koalicije "Zajedno za Jugoslaviju" i predsjednika Vlade Republike Crne
Gore Filipa Vujanovica.

PODGORICA, 17. septembar -  U Beogradu ce se u srijedu, 19. septembra
2001. godine sastati najvisi zvanicnici Crne Gore i Srbije, gdje ce se
razgovarati o aktuelnim odnosima izmedu dvije republike i rjesenju krize
u saveznoj drzavi. 

Platforma Vlade Srbije, po ocjeni strucnjaka je maltene prepisani Ustav
SRJ iz 1992. godine i predvida federativnu zajednicu Crne Gore i Srbije
sa jedinstvenim medunarodnim subjektivitetom. 

Platforma Vlade Crne Gore predvida zajednicku konvertibilnu valutu,
trziste i jedinstveno carinsko podrucje, a organi saveza drzava clanica
- Skupstina saveza i Savjet ministara saveza - bili bi nadlezni za
odbranu i spoljnu bezbjednost saveza i spoljnu politiku saveza.

CRNOGORSKA DELEGACIJA NA KONFERENCIJI EVROPSKOG PARLAMENTA


PODGORICA, 17. septembar -  Predsjednik Skupstine Republike Crne Gore
Vesna Perovic i predsjednik skupstinskog Odbora za demokratizaciju i
ljudska prava Ranko Krivokapic, ucestvuju na parlamentarnoj konferenciji
u Briselu, koju organizuje Evropski parlament.

NOVI NACRT ZAKONA O AKCIZAMA


PODGORICA, 17. septembar - U okviru projekta ekonomskih i
institucionalnih reformi, Ministarstvo finansija je predlozilo novi
Nacrt zakona o akcizama. Osnovni razlog za donosenje tog zakona, je
uskladivanje sa poreskom politkom zemalja Evropske unije. 

Primjenjucu direktive koje su usvojene u zemljama EU, drzava je kao
proizvode koji su predmet akciznih dazbina i drugih indirektnih poreza
navela - mineralna ulja, alkohol, alkoholna pica i duvanske preradevine.



Sastanak ministara unutrasnjh poslova regiona

ZAJEDNO U BORBI PROTIV ORGANIZOVANOG KRIMINALA


PODGORICA, 17. septembar - Na inicijativu ministra unutrasnjih poslova
Republike Crne Gore Andrije Jovicevica, sjutra ce se u Podgorici odrzati
prvi regionalni sastanak ministara unutrasnjih poslova pod nazivom
"Regionalna saradnja u oblasti borbe protiv organizovanog kriminala".

Na tom sastanku, organizovanom na ministarskom nivou, prisustvovace
predstavnici republike Hrvatske, Makedonije, Slovenije, Srbije,
Republike Srpske i sef policije UNMIK-a.

PODGORICA, 17. septembar - U radnoj posjeti Crnoj Gori boravi sestoclana
drzavno - privredna delegacija Ruske Federacije, koja ce se susresti sa
brojnim crnogorskim privrednicima i drzavnicima. 






Susret Ruske privredne delegacije sa crngorskim privrednicima planiran
je za sjutra, 18. septembra i tom prilikom bice rijeci o konkretnim
mogucnostima unapredivanja privredne saradnje Crne Gore i Rusije. 

Programom posjete, predviden je i susret Ruske delegacije sa crnogorskim
premijerom Filipom Vujanovicem, kao i sa resornim ministrima u Vladi
Republike Crne Gore.

RJESENJE - REFERENDUM U CRNOJ GORI


PODGORICA, 17. septembar - U Budvi je juce zavrsena trodnevna
medunarodna konferencija predstavnika politickih partija i nevladinih
organizacija iz Crne Gore i Srbije pod nazivom "Srbija - Crna Gora: u
potrazi za slicnostima, dijalog kao put u evropske integracije".

Ucesnici te medunarodne konferencije, rjesenje crnogorsko-srpskih
odnosa, vide u multilateralnom razgovoru svih relevantnih politickih
predstavnika Crne Gore i Srbije, koji ce u najkracem roku, u obostranom
interesu definisati metodologiju rjesavanja drzavno-pravnog
statusa Crne Gore i Srbije, ukljucujuci sva pitanja vezana za odrzavanje
referenduma u Crnoj Gori.

MONTENEGRO FOLLOWS EUROPEAN LINE

PODGORICA, September 17- Montenegro follows democratic, independent,
European line, said Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic in an
interview to ''Dnevni avaz'', Sarajevo.

Montenegrin President said that the main task of the all-inclusive
government in Montenegro would be to prepare and organize referendum.

DISPUTE ON FORMING OF THE COMMISSION FOR REFERENDUM

PODGORICA, September 17- Montenegrin Assembly will continue its work
tomorrow, when the suggestion of the decision on forming of the
commission to prepare the draft of the law on referendum about
Montenegrin state status will be on the agenda.

Montenegrin MP's will have to more sessions in September, at demand of
the coalition ''Together for Yugoslavia'' and request of President of
the Montenegrin Government Filip Vujanovic.

TALKS ABOUT PLATFORM

PODGORICA, September 17- The highest officials of Montenegro and Serbia
will met in Belgrade on Wednesday, September 19. 2001. to discuss about
the actual relations between the two republics and resolving of the
crisis in the federal state.

According to the experts opinion, Platform of the Serbian Government is
nearly copied FRY Constitution from 1992., which includes federal state
of Montenegro and Serbia with a unique international subjectivity.

Montenegrin Platform includes common convertible currency, market and
unique customs destination. The organs of the state member's alliance
-Alliance Assembly and of the Council of the Alliance ministers would be
in charge for the defense and foreign security of the alliance as well
as for the foreign policy.

MONTENEGRIN DELEGATION AT THE CONFERENCE OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT

PODGORICA, September 17- President of the Montenegrin Assembly Vesna
Perovic and President of the Assembly Board for democratization and
human rights Ranko Krivokapic will participate at the parliamentary
conference, to be held in Brussels, organized by the European
Parliament.

NEW DRAFT ON LAW ON EXCISES 

PODGORICA, September 17- The Montenegrin Ministry of Finance suggested
the new draft on Law on excises within the projects for implementation
of economic and institutional reforms. The main reason for the law's
adopting is to be regulated with the tax policy of the European Union
states.

In accordance to the regulations adopted by the EU states, the state
cited - the mineral oils, alcohol, alcohol drinks and tobacco products
as the goods, on which taxes should be paid.

TOGETHER AGAINST THE ORGANIZED CRIME

PODGORICA, September 17- The first regional meeting of Ministers of
Internal affairs, under title ''Regional cooperation in fight against
the organized crime" will be held tomorrow in Podgorica on initiative of
Montenegrin Minister of Internal Affairs Andrija Jovicevic.

Representatives of Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Serbia, Republic of
Srpska and the chief of the UNMIK police will also participate at the
meting.



Russian state-economic delegation visited Montenegro

TALKS ABOUT COOPERATION

PODGORICA, September 17- State-economic delegation of Russia, consisted
of six members visited Montenegro, where will meet with numerous
Montenegrin officials and businessmen.

Meeting of the Russian delegation with Montenegrin businessmen is
planned to be held tomorrow, September 18. According to the program of
visit the Russian delegation will meet with Montenegrin Premier Filip
Vujanovic,as well as with ministers of the Montenegrin  Government.
 
   
International conference about Montenegrin-Serbian relations ended 

SOLUTION- REFERENDUM IN MONTENEGRO

PODGORICA, September 17- Three days long conference, under title
''Serbia -Montenegro: seeking for common points, a dialog as a way to
European integration'' was ended in Budva, yesterday.

Participants at the International conference concluded that a solution
for the Montenegrin-Serbian relations laid in multilateral negotiations
between all relevant representatives of the parties in Montenegro and
Serbia, as well. They should define methods to reach a solution on state
legal status of Montenegro and Serbia, in the shortest period of time,
including all important matters regarding referendum's scheduling in
Montenegro.
