PREMIJER VUJANOVIC POVODOM NAPADA NA SAD
PODGORICA, 13 septembar - Predsjednik Vlade Republike Crne Gore Filip
Vujanovic osudio je seriju teroristickih napada na SAD, naglasavajuci da
ih dozivljava sa ''velikim zgrazavanjem''.
U izjavi za podgoricki radio ''Free Montenegro", Vujanovic je izrazio
uvjerenje da ce se pronaci mehanizmi koji ce onemoguciti da se takvi
teroristicki napadi ne ponove u buducnosti.
Savjetnik predsjednika Crne Gore general Blagoje Grahovac pojasnjava
napad na SAD
AVIONIMA - BOMBAMA UPRAVLJALI VOJNI PILOTI
PODGORICA, 13 septembar - Savjetnik predsjednika Crne Gore, general
Blagoje Grahovac ocijenio je da su avionima kojima je izvrsen napad na
zgrade u Njujorku i Vasingtonu upravljali vojni piloti.
Grahovac, inace pilot, pretpostavlja da su piloti - samoubice komandu
nad avionima preuzeli u vazduhu, a da su se za taj teroristicki cin dugo
pripremali i organizovali, te da u tome nijesu ucestvovali samo
pojedinci i grupe, vec da je sve ucinjeno ''na visim nivoima''.
Grahovac je rekao da sve zemlje posjeduju evidenciju pilota, narocito
vojnih, tako da je relativno lako utvrditi pocinioce teroristickih akata
na SAD.

SUSRET DUKANOVIC - BARDHI
PODGORICA, 13 septembar - Predsjednik Republike Crne Gore Milo
Dukanovic, u svojstvu lidera Demokratske partije socijalista, danas ce
razgovarati sa predsjednikom demokratskog saveza u Crnoj Gori Mehmetom
Bardhijem, cime se zavrsava prvi krug Dukanovicevog dijaloga sa liderima
crnogorskih parlamentarnih stranaka.
Dukanovic i Bardhi ce razgovarati o rjesenju drzavno - pravnog statusa
Crne Gore, kao i politickim aktivnostima na daljem dinamiziranju reformi
u Crnoj Gori.

prisustvovace parlamentarnoj konferenciji EU zemalja Pakta stabilnosti
Jugoistocne Evrope, koja ce se odrzati u Briselu od 16. do 18.

DOGOVOR O PODJELI NADLEZNOSTI
PODGORICA, 13 septembar - Premijer Srbije Zoran Dindic, izjavio je juce
u Beogradu da ce sa premijerom Crne Gore Filipom Vujanovicem razgovarati
o procentualnoj raspodjeli nadleznosti izmedu vlada Srbije i Crne Gore u
pitanjima medunarodnih obaveza u slucaju neizvjesnosti savezne drzave.
Dindic je rekao da on i Vujanovic treba da utvrde mehanizme kako bi
svaka republika u odredenom procentu preuzela garanciju za svoj dio
nadleznosti.
Ministarstvo turizma prezentiralo marketing strategiju razvoja turizma u
Crnoj Gori
CRNA GORA - ''DIVLJA LJEPOTICA''
PODGORICA, 13. septembar - Ministarstvo turizma Vlade Republike Crne
Gore prezentiralo je novu marketing strategiju razvoja turizma u Crnoj
Gori za narednih 20 godina, koja izmedu ostalog, podrazumijeva nove
slogane, logove i spotove.
Izradu marketing koncepta obavili su Ministarstvo turizma i Turisticka
organizacija Crne Gore u saradnji sa specijalizovanim inostranim
marketing agencijama i Njemacko drustvo za investicije i razvoj DEG.
Novim marketing planom obuhvace je razvoj Boke kotorske, Velike plaze u
Ulcinju, a predvida se i uvodenje medunarodnih standarda za hotele, kao
i upoznavanje stranih investitora sa turistickim resursima Crne Gore i
novim marketinskim konceptom za razvoj turizma.

PREDSTAVLJENI NACRTI NOVIH PORESKIH ZAKONA
PODGORICA, 13. septembar - U Privrednoj komiri Crne Gore juce su
predstavljeni nacrti novih poreskih zakona. Radi se o nacrtu pet zakona
- o akcizama, o porezu na dobit pravnih lica, o porezu na dohodak
fizickih lica, o porezu na imovinu i o poreskoj administraciji.
Set tih zakonskih akata, uradilo je Ministarstvo finansija u saradnji sa
ekspertima EU i americkog USAID-a.
Primjena vecine tih propisa ocekuje se vec pocetkom naredne godine, cime
ce crnogorsko poresko zakonodavstvo biti usaglaseno sa standardima
Evropske Unije.

DECENIJA EKOLOSKE DRZAVE
PODGORICA, 13. septembar - Vlada Republike Crne Gore 20. septembra na
Zabljaku, obiljezice desetu godisnjicu Crne Gore kao ekoloske drzave.
Tim povodom, na Zabljaku, bice organizovan naucni skup o problemima
ekologije, a priredice se i izlozba zdrave hrane.

PODRSKA ENERGETSKOM SEKTORU
PODGORICA, 13. septembar - Delegacija Elektroprivrede Spanije -
Iberdola, boravila je juce u radnoj posjeti Elektroprivredi Crne Gore u
Niksicu.
Tom prilikom, receno je da ce spanski konzorcijum, predvoden tim
preduzecem, sprovesti aktivnosti na implementaciji programa podrske
energetskom sektoru SRJ.

ATA, a povodom tragicnih desavanja u SAD-u, crnogorska avio kompanija

FORMIRAN KOORDINACIONI ODBOR ZA ISELJENIKE
PODGORICA, 13. septembar - U Podgorici je juce formiran Koordinacioni
odbor buduceg udruzenja za iseljenike.
U okviru Udruzenja, koje ce tek biti formirano, planirano je da budu
zastupljeni ukupni drustveni interesi i angazman, kako drzavnih organa,
tako brojnih udruzenja, institucija privrede, kulture, nauke, kao i
lokalnih zajednica iz kojih odlaze gradani Crne Gore na privremeni
boravak u inostranstvu, ili se iseljavaju.

PREMIER VUJANOVIC COMMENTED ATTACK ON THE USA
PODGORICA, September 13- '' I am horrified with this act of terrorism'',
said President of the Montenegrin Government Filip Vujanovic, accusing
the series of despicable attacks on the USA.
In his statement to Podgorica's radio ''Free Montenegro'', Vujanovic
expressed his believe that there would be created mechanisms to unable
these terrorist attacks to be repeated in the future.

the USA
PLANES-BOMBS COMMANDEERED BY MILITARY PILOTS
PODGORICA, September 13- Montenegrin President's Adviser, General
Blagoje Grahovac claimed that military pilots had commandeered the
planes, which had attacked the buildings in New York and Washington.
Grahovac, who is the pilot by profession, assumes that the
pilots-suicides took a command over the planes in the air and that they
were preparing for this act of terrorism for a long time. These acts
have been organized ''at the highest level'', said Grahovac, not just by
the individuals or groups.
Grahovac added that all countries had every pilot registered, especially
military, so it should be quite easy to reveal the names of the
perpetrators of these attacks on the USA.

DJUKANOVIC-BARDHI MET
PODGORICA, September 13- Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic, as the
leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), meets today
President of the Democratic Alliance of Montenegro Mehmet Bardhi. This
meeting will mean the end of the first round of dialogs between
Djukanovic and leaders of the Montenegrin parliamentary parties.
Djukanovic and Bardhi discussed about solution for the future state
status of Montenegro and about political activities necessary for
further implementation of reforms in Montenegro.

AGREEMENT ON SUBDIVISION OF THE AUTHORITY
PODGORICA, September 13- Serbian Premier Zoran Djindjic announced
yesterday in Belgrade his talks with the Montenegrin Premier Filip
Vujanovic, about percentage subdivision of the authority between the two
governments Serbian and Montenegrin considering international
obligations in the case the federal state tears up.
Djindjic said that on the occasion of their meeting they should
establish mechanisms in order to enable every republic to take a
percentage guarantee for its part of the authority.
Ministry of Tourism promoted marketing strategy for Montenegrin Tourism
development

PODGORICA, September 13- Montenegrin Ministry of Tourism promoted
yesterday a new marketing strategy for Montenegrin tourism development
for the following 20 years, which as an innovation include the new
slogans, logs and video promotions.
The Ministry of Tourism and the Montenegrin Tourist Agency in
cooperation with specially trained marketing agency and German
Association for investments and development DEG made a draft of the
marketing concept.
The new marketing plan includes development of the Boka Bay and the
Great Beach in Ulcinj, as well as building of the hotels according to
the world's standards. The foreign investors will be introduced with the
tourist destinations and capacities of Montenegro and with the new
marketing concept for tourist development.

PRESENTED DRAFTS ON NEW TAX LAWS
PODGORICA, September 13- Drafts on the new tax laws were presented In
the Montenegrin Economic Chamber, yesterday. These are drafts on five
laws- excises, tax on legal individual income, tax on physical
individual revenue, tax on property and on property administration.
Set of these law acts has been prepared by the Ministry of Finance in
cooperation with the EU experts and experts from the American
organization USAID.
The new regulations are expected to be in effect even at the beginning
of the next year, which will enable the Montenegrin tax legislation to
be regulated according to the European Union standards.

DECADE OF THE ECOLOGICAL STATE
PODGORICA, September 13- Montenegrin Government will celebrate tenth
anniversary of Montenegro - an ecological state, in Zabljak, September
20.
The ecological problem will be the subject of the scientific seminar, to
be held in Zabljak, where will also be organized an exhibition of the
healthy food.

because of tragic attack on the USA, the Montenegrin airline company
''Montenegro Airlines'' urged vigilance and security supervision to the
highest level.
The control will be done in constant coordination with the Montenegrin
Ministry of Internal Affairs.

FORMED COORDINATE BOARD FOR EMIGRANTS
PODGORICA, September 13- The Coordinate Board of the future Association
for the emigrants was formed in Podgorica yesterday.
The Association, which is to be formed, will protect entire social
interests and engagements, of state and of numerous associations,
institutions, economy, culture, science, local communities from which
the Montenegrins emigrate to a foreign country, for a temporary or a
permanent residency.
