DUKANOVIC UPUTIO SAUCESCE BUSU
PODGORICA, 12. septembar - Predsjednik Republike Crne Gore Milo
Dukanovic uputio je predsjedniku Sjedinjenih americkih drzava Dzordzu
Busu, u ime gradana i rukovodstva Crne Gore, i u svoje ime, telegram sa
izrazima najdubljeg saucesca povodom teske nesrece koja je juce zadesila
Ameriku, izazvane bezumnim teroristickim aktima.
U telegramu se, izmedu ostalog, kaze da tragedija koja je zadesila
Ameriku nije samo americka, vec tragedija cjelokupnog covjecanstva i
svih ljudi dobre volje.
Telegram sa izrazima saucesca predsjednik Dukanovic je uputio i
guverneru drzave Njujork Dzordzu Patakiju.

ODNOSE CRNE GORE I SRBIJE - RJESAVATI DEMOKRATSKI
PODGORICA, 12. septembar - Predsjednik Republike Crne Gore Milo
Dukanovic i predsjednik Savezne Republike Jugoslavije Vojislav
Kostunica, sastali su se juce u Podgorici i tom prilikom saglasili
stavove da odnosi Srbije i Crne Gore nijesu na zadovoljavajucem nivou i
da ih treba unapredivati.
Predsjednici Dukanovic i Kostunica konstatovali su da se rjesenje za
prevazilazenje postojecih problema moraju naci politickim putem, po
demokratskom scenariju.
Predsjednik Dukanovic, je u izjavi za novinare nakon tog sastanka rekao,
da buducnost odnosa Srbije i Crne Gore treba da pociva na obostranoj
nezavisnosti i medunarodno - pravnom subjektivitetu, dok predsjednik
Kostunica vjeruje da je buducnost Srbije i Crne Gore u zajednickoj
drzavi uz redefinisanje odredenog ustavnog okvira. ''Razlike u
stavovima, ne mogu se prevazici na jednom sastanku, ali tom pitanju
pristupace se na demokratski nacin, sto je garancija stabilnog drzavnog
statusa'', kazao je Dukanovic.

DUKANOVIC POZVAN NA KONFERENCIJU U BUDIMPESTU
PODGORICA, 12. septembar - Madarski ambasador u Beogradu Jozef Pandura,
juce je predsjedniku Republike Crne Gore Milu Dukanovicu urucio poziv za
ucesce na konferenciji Nove atlantske inicijative u Budimpesti, koja ce
se odrzati od 28. do 30. septembra. Obostrano je konstatovano, da ce to
biti prilika za bilateralne susrete predsjednika Dukanovica sa najvisim
madarskim zvanicnicima, kao i sa drugim visokim ucesnicima konferencije.

REFERENDUM ZA JACANJE STABILNOSTI U CRNOJ GORI I REGIONU
PODGORICA, 12. septembar - U razgovoru predsjednika Republike Crne Gore
Mila Dukanovica i generalnog sekretara Ministarstva inostranih poslova
Australije Alberta Roana, razmijenjena su misljenja o aktuelnim
kretanjima u regionu, sa posebnim osvrtom na buducnost odnosa Crne Gore
i Srbije.

USVOJENE IZMJENE ZAKONA O SOCIJALNOJ I DJECJOJ ZASTITI
PODGORICA, 12. septembar - Poslanici crnogorskog parlamenta, juce su
vecinom glasova usvojili Zakon o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o
socijalnoj i djecijoj zastiti, ciji je predlagac Vlada Republike Crne
Gore.
Skupstina nastavlja rad danas, raspravom o Predlogu prostornog plana
podrucja posebne namjene za Nacionalni park ''Skadarsko jezero'' i
Predlogu odluke o pristupanju izradi prostornog plana Crne Gore.

REFORMA VOJSKE NAKON USTROJSTVA DRZAVE
PODGORICA, 12. septembar - U Podgorici je juce odrzana treca sjednica
Vrhovnog savjeta odbrane, kojoj su pored predstavnika savezne
administracije i Vojske Jugoslavije prisustvovali i predsjednici Crne
Gore Milo Dukanovic i Srbije Milan Milutinovic.
Savjet je analizirao stanje obezbjedenja drzavne granice sa tezistem na
dijelu granice prema Republici Makedoniji, Albaniji i administrativnoj
liniji prema Kosovu i Metohiji. Usvojene su mjere i zadaci na
poboljsanju obezbjedenja drzavne granice i sardnje sa ministarsvima
unutrasnjih poslova Srbije i Crne Gore, te snagama KFOR-a. Konstatovano
je takode, da ce se reforma vojske realizovati tek nakon definisanog
ustrojstva drzave, saopstio je Vojni kabinet predsjednika SRJ.

ZAMJENA MARAKA ZA EURO KVALITETNO PRIPREMLJENA
PODGORICA, 12. septembar - U Crnoj Gori je startovala medijska kampanja
za uvodenje eura u platni promet Crne Gore. Tim povodom, predsjednik
Vlade Republike Crne Gore Filip Vujanovic u izjavi za podgoricku
''Pobjedu'' rekao je da je Vlada razmotrila program konverzije i tom
prilikom konstatovala da je Centralna banka uradila ozbiljan posao u
komunikaciji sa inostranim konsultantima, sa Evropskom centralnom bankom
i pripremila kvalitetan program konverzije.
Vujanovic je naglasio, da je donesena i odluka da se zamjena ne obavlja
uz proviziju, tako da ce taj trosak podnijeti Centralna banka, sto ce u
njenim bilansima iznositi oko milion i po maraka.

OZVANICENA PROMOCIJA PLANA ZAMJENE MARKE ZA EURO
PODGORICA, 12. septembar - U Podgorici je juce ozvanicena promocija
plana zamjene marke za euro.
Predsjednik Savjeta Centralne banke Ljubisa Krgovic, je tim povodom na
press konferenciji izrazio ocekivanja da ce se uvodenjem eura rezultati
u reformi bankarskog sistema jos poboljsati i da ce se taj posao obaviti
na nacin koji se koristi u zemljama clanicama Evropske monetarne unije.

PODGORICA, September 12- On the occasion of horrifying accident which
stroke yesterday America, caused by evil, despicable acts of terror,
Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic sent a telegram with words of
condolences to President of the United States of America George Bush, in
the name of citizens of Montenegro, Montenegrin authorities and his
name.
The tragedy is not just a tragedy of America, but of the entire humanity
and all people of good will, it has been said in the telegram.

DEMOCRATIC SOLUTION FOR RELATIONS MONTENEGRO-SERBIA
PODGORICA, September 12- Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic and
President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia Vojislav Kostunica met
yesterday in Podgorica. At their meeting they had drawn closer in their
views that relations between Serbia and Montenegro are not satisfactory
and that they should be improved.
They agreed that these problems have to be overcome by political,
democratic solution.
In his press statement, after the meeting, Djukanovic said that future
relations between Serbia and Montenegro should be based on mutual
independence and internationally legal subjectivity. On the other hand
Yugoslav President believes in common state of Serbia and Montenegro, in
which constitutional frame should be redefined. ''Different political
approaches of the two Presidents could not be overcome at one meeting.
This matter should be solved in a democratic way, which will guarantee
stable state status'', Djukanovic said.

DJUKANOVIC INVITED AT THE CONFERENCE IN BUDAPEST
PODGORICA, September 12- Magyar Ambassador in Belgrade Josef Pandura
sent an invitation to Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic to
participate at the conference of the New Atlantic Initiative in
Budapest, to be held in the period from September 28 to 30. Both sides
agreed that this would be a great opportunity for bilateral meetings of
the Montenegrin President with the highest Magyar officials and with
permanent participants at the conference as well.

ADOPTED CHANGES OF THE LAW ON SOCIAL AND CHILDREN CARE
PODGORICA, September 12- MP's in the Montenegrin Parliament adopted
yesterday by the majority the Law on changes and amendments of the Law
on Social and Children Protection, suggested by the Montenegrin
Government.
Assembly will continue work today, to discuss about suggestion on
delineation plan for the National Park ''Scutary Lake'' and about
Suggestion on decision on carrying out the delineation plan of
Montenegro.

Session of the Supreme Defense Council
AFTER STATE CONSTITUTION, REFORM OF THE ARMY
PODGORICA, September 12- The third session of the Supreme Defense
Council was held yesterday in Podgorica, at which in addition to the
representatives of the Federal Administration and the representatives of
the Yugoslav Army, participated Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic
and Serbian President Milan Milutinovic, too.
The Council analyzed protection of the state border, especially the part
of the border with Republic of Macedonia, Albania and administrative
line with Kosovo and Metohia. Necessary measures and aims to improve
stability at the border and cooperation with the Ministry of Internal
Affairs of Serbia and Montenegro, and KFOR's forces, have been adopted.
It has been concluded that reform of the Army will be implemented after
constitution of the state, as the cabinet of the FRY President has
announced it.

EXCHANGE OF DEM FOR EURO WELL ORGANIZED
PODGORICA, September12- A media campaign which promoted Euro as the
means of payment in Montenegro has been started. On that occasion
President of the Montenegrin Government Filip Vujanovic said in
interview to daily ''Pobjeda'' that Government reconsidered program of
conversion. Government concluded that the Central Bank had done a great
deal in consulting with foreign experts, with the European Central Bank
and prepared a conversion program of a high quality.
Vujanovic pointed out that there had been made a decision that a
provision on exchange not to be carried out. The cost, in the Central
Bank's balances around million and a half DEM, will be submitted by the
Central Bank.

OFFICIAL PROMOTION OF THE PLAN FOR EXCHANGE OF DEM FOR EURO
PODGORICA, September12- Promotion f the plan for currency exchange of
DEM for Euro has been yesterday officially recognized.
At yesterday's press conference, President of the Central Bank Council
Ljubisa Krgovic expressed believes in good results of reforms'
implementation in the banking system by Euro introduction. He said he
hoped that the deal would be carried out in the way, as it was a
practice in the European monetary union.

PODGOIRCA, September 12- Representatives of the Agency for development
of medium and small enterprises of the Montenegrin Government will
participate at the International craftsmen exhibition in Celje, to be
