U CRNOJ GORI SE NIJE ODUSTALO OD REFERENDUMA

PODGORICA, 04. septembar - Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Dukanovic ocijenio
je da je jugoslovenska ideja potrosena i porucio da u necemu sto su
njeni ostaci Srbija i Crna Gora nemaju nikakvog razloga da kamufliraju
drzavnost i interes. 

Predsjednik Dukanovic je odbacio kao neosnovana misljenja da se odustalo
od referenduma o nezavisnosti Crne Gore i ocijenio da ozdravljenju
odnosa izmedu Srbije i Crne Gore ne doprinosi pripremanje novog saveznog
ustava. Dukanovic je potom, pojasnio da ne treba olako pretrcati preko
pitanja odnosa Srbije i Crne Gore, uputivsi zamjerke predsjedniku SRJ
Vojislavu Kostunici, zbog nedavnih kadrovskih rjesenja u Vojsci
Jugoslavije, koja su izvrsena bez konsultacija sa predsjednikom Crne
Gore i bez sjednice Vrhovnog savjeta odbrane.

VANREDNA SJEDNICA PARLAMENTA

PODGORICA, 04. septembar - Poslanici u Skupstini Crne Gore, na predlog
Liberalnog saveza, DPS-a i SDP-a, pocece danas raspravu o konstituisanju
visestranacke komisije za pripremu teksta predloga novog zakona o
referendumu.

Nakon te sjednice, na zahtjev premijera Filipa Vujanovica, 11.
septembra, bice odrzana jos jedna vanredna sjednica Parlamenta, na kojoj
ce se razmatrati nekoliko zakonskih projekata koje predlozila Vlada
Republike Crne Gore. Predsjednik Skupstine Crne Gore Vesna Perovic, je
na zahtjev koalciije Zajedno za Jugoslaviju sazvala cetvrto vanredno
zasijedanje Parlamenta za 19. septembar.

KONCENTRACIONA VLADA - USLOV STABILNOSTI

PODGORICA, 04. septembar - "Koncentraciona vlada je najbolji model da se
izada u susret i onima koji je traze radi stabilnih uslova i priznaja
rezultata referenduma, a nadam se da ce i stranke koje se zalazu za
referendum naci prostor za saglasnost o toj Vladi" rekao je predsjednik
Vlade Crne Gore Filip Vujanovic u intervjuu  "Bi-Bi-Siju".

Premijer Vujanovic, je najnoviju platformu o odnosima u Federaciji, koju
je usvojila Savezna vlada, ocijenio kao neprihvatljivu, jer predstavlja
afirmaciju cvrste Federacije, sa unitaristickim elementima. Izostanak
odgovora od Vlade Srbije na crnogorsku ponudu za definisanje buducih
odnosa Srbije i Crne Gore, Vujanovic je opravdao aktuelnom situacijom u
Srbiji, izrazivsi uvjerenje da ce odgovor, ili zvanicna ponuda Srbije
uskoro stici u Podoricu.

REFORME U CRNOJ GORI UZ POMOC EVROPSKIH EKSPERATA

PODGORICA, 04. septembar - Visoki predstvnici Savjeta Evrope za SRJ Hans
Peter Furer i Eva Koprolin, boravili su juce u Podgorici, gdje su ih u
odvojenim posjetama primili predsjednik Vlade Crne Gore Filip Vujanovic,
predsjednik Skupstine Crne Gore Vesna Perovic, te ministar inostranih
poslova Branko Lukovac, ministar pravde Zeljko Sturanovic, ministar
unutrasnjih poslova Andrija Jovicevic i ministar za zastitu prava
nacioalnih i etnickih grupa Gezim Hajdinaga.

U razgovorima je prevshodno bilo rijeci o saradnji Crne Gore sa Savjetom
Evrope, a gosti su istakli spremnost da se proces strukturalnih reformi
u Crnoj Gori nastavi i ubrza uz pomoc eksperata Savjeta Evrope.

CRNOGORSKA DELEGACIJA U ZENEVI

PODGORICA, 04. septembar - Delegacija Ministarstva prosvjete i nauke
Vlade Crne Gore, ucestvovace u radu 46. zasijedanja Medunarodne
konferencije  UNESKO-a, u Zenevi, koje se odrzava od 5 do 8. septembra.

PODGORICA, 04. septembar - U svim turistickim destinacijama na
Crnogorskom primorju, posjeta je i dalje prilicno dobra. 

Prema najnovijem izvestaju Turisticke organizacije Crne Gore, ovih dana
na Crnogorskom primorju boravi oko 32. 000 zvanicno registrovanih
turista, sto je 58 odsto vise nego u istom periodu lani. Najvise ih je u
Budvi - blizu 15.000, a u Herceg Novom boravi oko 6.000 turista. 

Cijene boravka u crnogorskim hotelima, su u podsezoni, u prosjeku
jeftinije za 15 - 20 odsto.

MONTENEGRIN AUTHORITIES HAS NEVER GIVE UP FROM REFERENDUM

PODGORICA, 4th September- Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic assessed
that a Yugoslav idea was a worn out matter and Serbia and Montenegro had
no reason to camouflage state and interest in the remains of that idea. 

Montenegrin President rejected claims that they give up the idea on
referendum on Montenegrin independence and assessed that draft of the
new federal constitution would not recover relations between Serbia and
Montenegro. Djukanovic said that relations between the two states should
not be neglected. He has also criticized recent personnel reshuffles in
the Yugoslav Army, which were realized by Yugoslav President Vojislav
Kostunica without consultations with Djukanovic or scheduling of the
session of the Supreme Defense Council.

EARLY MONTENEGRIN PARLIAMENT SESSION 

PODGORICA, 4th September- MP's in the Montenegrin Parliament, at
suggestion of the Liberal Alliance (LSCG), Democratic Party of
Socialists (DPS) and Social Democratic Party (SDP) will start today
dispute on constituting multi party commission to prepare the draft of
the new Law on referendum.

After the session, at Premier Filip Vujanovic request, on 11th
September, another early parliamentary session will be held, to consider
several law projects suggested by the Montenegrin Government. President
of the Montenegrin Assembly Vesna Perovic, scheduled parliament fourth
early session, for 19th September, at request of the coalition 'Together
for Yugoslavia''.

ALL INCLUSIVE GOVERNMENT-CONDITION FOR STABILITY

PODGORICA, 4th September- "All inclusive government is the best model to
take into consideration opinion of those who strive for it in order to
establish stabile condition and recognize the referendum results. I
truly hope that the parties who strive for referendum would accept the
idea of all-inclusive government"- Montenegrin Government President
Filip Vujanovic said in his interview to BBC said. 

Premier Vujanovic assessed the new platform on relation in Federation,
adopted by the Federal Government, as unacceptable and affirmative for
the strong Federation, with unitary elements. The fact that the Serbian
Government did not participate in a dialog to define future relations
between Serbia and Monteengro, Vujanovic explained as an actual
situation in Serbia and expressed his believe that an answer or an
official offer of the Serbian authorities would be delivered soon to
Podgorica.

REFORMS IN MONTENEGRO SUPPORTED BY EUROPEAN EXPERTS

PODGORICA, 4th September- High representatives of the European Council
for the Federal Republic of Montenegro Hans Peter Furer and Eva
Koprolin, visited yesterday Podgorica. They had separate meetings with
President of the Montenegrin Government Filip Vujanovic, President of
the Montenegrin Parliament Vesna Perovic, Minister of Foreign Affairs
Branko Lukovac, Minister of Justice Zeljko Sturanovic, Minister of
Internal Affairs Andrija Jovicevic and Minister for Protection of
National and Ethnic groups Gezim Hajding.

The main subject of the meetings was cooperation between Montenegro and
the European Council and the quests expressed willingness of the experts
from the European Council to help implementation of the structural
reforms in Montenegro.

MONTENEGRIN DELEGATION IN GENEVA 

PODGORICA, 4th September- Delegation of the Ministry of Education and
Science of the Republic of Montenegro will participate at 46th session
of the UNESCO International Conference in Geneva, in period from 5th to
8th September.

LONGER TOURIST SEASON

PODGORICA, 4th September- Visit in all tourist objects at the
Montenegrin Coast is still very successful.

According to the last statistic results of the Montenegrin Tourist
Organization there are 32.000 officially registered tourists at the
Montenegrin Coast these days, which is 58 % more than in the same period
last season. The greatest number of tourists is in Budva- near 15.000,
and in Herceg Novi around 6.000 of tourists.

The prices in the Montenegrin hotels, in out of season are lower for
5-20%.
