I've had over a dozen emails from Altium support in the last couple months,
regarding 3 or 4 different issues/questions.  The problems weren't all
resolved completely, but the personnel are definitely making an effort to
respond constructively.

I have to say there was a "dry spell" about a year ago, when some of my
emails went into a "black hole"; but support seems fairly responsive now....
so you might give them a try next time you have a question/problem.

2 month late report.
