Offered for free? How very nice. I feel really warm and fuzzy

IMO, "offer for free", or any other tacitly "kind" gestures have absolutely
nothing to do with it. Instead, such issuance is an obligation. That such
obligation is presently only moralistic, is just another tragic reminder of
the profiteering that corrupt lawmakers allowed to be instituted during the
1990s, (Enron et al.) and something I'd very much like changed to "legal".

As many of you know from my disourse during the last 5 or six years
regarding such mercantile mis-behaviors.
