It applies to 99SE as well as DXP--except for off-sheet connectors,
which we added for seamless imports from OrCAD, and the Automatic option
for Scope settings. (This is a gotcha for 99SE imports, as all designs
are set to Automatic; something we point out in the Importing 99 SE
designs to DXP article.)

Sheet Entries and Net Labels. Hmmm.... Does the documentation explain
this.
