Re: CSColloidal Silver STD'z...

2006-10-27 Thread epatai

Hi All,

I have found in my experience that when someone contracts/or developes a
terminal illness and is cured by means outside western medicine,it is
deemed as being in remission. Yet!! Doctors are stumped most of time as to
how this could have come about with really no logical explanation as to its
disappearance We are plauged by the hypnosis that society is put under
by cultural and social limitting beliefs. This is a disease unto itself
created by modern man. Cure?? why not. It seems ubsurb that a disease is
easy to contract or develope but the likelyhood of over coming it is an
obstacle. Why??

Stay away from the heard mentality, you may just live longer. (Grin)

Regards,

Ernie.

Re: CScolloidal platinum

2006-10-02 Thread epatai

Hello,

Diet can have a major inpact on menopause, as a friend of mine had. She was
very much into health and nutrition along with adequate exercise. When she
hit that stage in her life she had all kinds of mood swings and physical
reactions to it. She decided to try changing her diet and most of her
symptoms tapered of let alone disappeared. I was amazed to here that.

Spinal manipulation at times will cause some discomfort aftewards,
especially if there is fusion or stiffness in the area. I know because I've
attended for many years. The muscles spasms are caused because the neck now
is seazed and the muscles are protecting the area from further damage when
the joint is released so is the muscle. Regular exercise certainly helps
relieve this stiffness. The body is inately intelligent so it knows what to
do.

Just my two cents worth.

all the best.

Re: CSSilverPuppy and Colloidal Copper

2006-08-28 Thread epatai

Hi,

I've made as high as 30-40 ppm. There are a number of possibilities. The
water that you are using?
Is the water 100 distilled. Even if it is distilled is it from a reliable
source?

I have also found that if you clean the ellectrodes more often you can get a
stronger batch. However, you may compromise the colour.

I've had mine for almost the same amount of time and will say that it is a
NO BRAINER.
That's the nice thing about the silverpuppy If you speak with some of the
nice helpful people on here you'll discover that you won't need anything
higher then 20ppm. give or take.

I would strongly re read the instructions on the use and accuracy of the
solution and now the TDS meter works in relation to the CS.

It's been great for me and my friend who also owns one.

Ernie

ps. time to time, I've had the odd patch turn out funny. it happens. :-)

Hello all,

I've had the Silver Puppy for about a year and a half and have never been
able to make CS stronger than 14ppms.

It turns off after about 4 hours and instructions said that it turns off at
20ppms, but that is totally untrue. When it turns off, my TDS meter shows
4. If I switch over to manual mode and turn it back on for 2-4-6-10
hours it NEVER goes above 7ppms however many hours i run it.

I'm really unhappy with this thing, I've already replaced it once because
it just stopped working all together but it still just doesn't work as it
was represented.

Has anyone any thoughts on this? Is there something I'm doing wrong or
missing?

If this is how it is, I'm getting another type of unit. What would be your
recommendations?

Thank you,
Angel

I am not quite sure of the oily layer. My experience with DMSO has been a
warming sensation upon application to skin and at times a little ichy or
even burning depending on how much I applied and where on the body. It has a
slight odor..it does get absorbed rather quickly on the body from my
experience. However, if you've applied a rather large amount I would suspect
it staying on the surface much longer. There need not be a thick coat for
application. A thin coat on the required area is all that is needed.
Remember, DMSO is just a transporter to whatever you add to it. :-)

Hope this helps.

I just found, and bought a bottle of DMSO from the health food store. I
mixed it with 50% 20 ppm CS (and it got warm as expected), and put some on
a sholder joint that has been giving me trouble. I was expecting to taste
it within seconds. However, I never tasted anything. I tried smelling it,
and it does have a slight order, but not strong like I had expected.
Anyway, after applying it to the skin, I was expecting it to be absorbed,
like water on a sponge. But instead it seems to simply have formed an oily
layer on the skin. Now after about 5 minutes, it is starting to itch.

Anyone have any experience or comments on this, or what I might be doing

If you are over 50, consider taking boron (30-90 mg Borax). Neuropath

neglected nutrient.

In a double blind trial comparing 6 mg/d of boron with placebo in the
treatment of arthritis, of the 10 patients on boron, five improved while
only one of ten in the placebo group improved. The boron had significant
benefit in severe osteoarthritis. The 6 mg of boron was in two tablets
containing 25 mg of borax (sodium tetraborate decahydrate) . The
experiment was carried over an eight week period. There were no side
effects noted.

Six mgs/d of Boron (2 tablets of 25 mg Borax Sodium Tetraborate

Current research points to boron's being the equivalent of a biochemical
helper in bone health, rather than a front-line soldier. But scientists
also cite evidence that boron somehow prevents calcium from being
excreted, plays a part in the correct balance of other minerals, and
helps the body to avoid osteoporosis in the first place. It certainly
seems to be central to the biochemical equation.

Boron may also have a role in another debilitating bone condition -
arthritis. Arthritis is almost unknown in Israel, where levels of boron
in the soil - and therefore in foods - are high. In Jamaica, however,
it's the reverse situation: boron levels are low and arthritis rates are
correspondingly high. That boron may have a role in the prevention or
modification of arthritis is supported by research done with
arthritis-susceptible rats by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. From
this research, USDA scientists hypothesize that boron may modulate the
immune system and protect against inflammatory disease. However, much
work must be done before scientists can say that boron can help reduce
the human suffering caused by arthritis.

Also, they may be willing to donate or sell the file (I assume it is on

I happen to be a manicurist by profession, so here are a few things to do.

- check what you do with your hands throughout the day; chances are there
are things you're doing that are robbing your skin of moisture: soap and
water are very drying, as is paper, dirt, and chemicals, and even the most
simple cleaners.

- use rubber gloves for dishes, housecleaning and yardwork. The thick ones
are good for rough jobs, and the thin ones are good for jobs where touch is
a bit more important. The thin ones are disposable, and often available at
drug stores or hardware stores. They often come in boxes of 100; try
different brands to find ones you like better; be sure to not get them too
tight, your fingers poke through then ends if they're too tight.

- buy a new pair of rubber gloves for dishes, and pour a very generous
amount of oil or cream in them, then do the dishes in really hot water;
your

hands will get a hot oil treatment while you do the dishes. Once a week,
turn them inside out and wash them or put them in the dishwasher, then
refill with oil.

- if you're stubborn and won't wear gloves, you will continue to have bad
skin forever. If you're stubborn, change your attitude and get used to
gloves.

- Add spoons, forks, knives, etc, to your garden tool box, and use those in
the dirt, not your hands. Dead head flowers with little pointed scissors.
(I have VERY long nails, yet I have a massive yard, with flowers and
vegetables, and I do all the work myself; I live in rubber gloves to do
this. In fact, I use them so much, that my arms end up all tanned and my
hands are white. But I keep my long nails, and have amazingly soft hands.
I use only plant based oils on my skin.)

- plant based oils/creams/lotions are far superior, as the molecules are
small enough to penetrate the skin. Petroleum and animal based
oils/cream/lotions have larger molecules that are harder to soak into the
skin, and some only stay on the surface. Often they make formulations that
feel nice, but do little for long term moisturizing. These can be used
together though. Use plant based oils/creams/lotions to moisture, then
petroleum based oils/creams/lotions as a barrier, to protect your skin from
allowing the environment in.

- if you use nail polish, only use non-acetone polish remover, as acetone
can be drying to the skin. Using cotton balls with the remover makes it
work better.

- most drug store lotions are garbage. This is not an area where you want
to cheap out. There are plenty of salon lotions that are not very good
either, so learn to label read. The first few ingredients should be plant
based products, and ideally they should all be plant based.

- glycerin is actually very drying if you have dry skin, and especially if
you live in a dry area.

- if you want a simple, frugal solution, use olive oil as your moisturizer.
You can mix and match many oils to find a combination you like: olive,
grapeseed, coconut, flaxseed. (NO canola, corn, safflower, sunflower, soy
oil)

- find someone who makes homemade soaps and creams, and try some different
formulations. Keep in mind that homemade does not necessarily mean
chemical

free. Good chemical free oils/creams/lotions will have a very short shelf
life, sometimes only a couple months, and this is good, these products are
meant to be used, not stored. Find a massage therapist, they have access
to

simple oils, and you could get a bit more exotic combination of oils, those
that are good for the skin but not available at the grocery store. Be
careful that the oils that you get that are added to the base
oils/creams/lotions are pure essential oils and not perfume or fragrance
oils. You are looking for healing, not just pretty smell. Essential oils
do smell nice, but often their smell fades fast. Again, you're looking for
healing here, not just pretty smell.

- stop washing your hands too much throughout the day. Often people wash
way too much when cooking. Only wash if you're actually unsanitary.
Getting a little water from the veggies does not require soap and water,
just use a tea towel to wipe off. Same thing if you get a bit of oil on
yourself, just wipe off. If you watch cooking shows, you'll see many of
the

cooks just wipe themselves off and move on.

- hand sanitizers are brutal on the skin. Most of them work by being
alcohol based, and this alcohol works by evaporating all the water in your
skin, as most germs need water to live. But this just robs your skin of
all water, and the alcohol also breaks down the oils in your skin, and this
is removed along with the water. Antibactrial soap is also extremely bad
for the skin.

Hello:

There is a udder balm that farmers use for cows udders that are enflamed
and sore. You can put it into a pair of rubber gloves and insert your
hands for a period of time for the effects of this on your hands. I have a
friend who is an artisitc painter by profession. The chemicals in the
paints harm his hands. This is the one solution that has provided the most
relief for him.

Hi Everybody! My name is Shannon and I live in Utah. I am 26 and have had
health problem after health problem all my life. I have recently been
diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Even more recently I have had endoscopy
procedures done and they found esophageal ulcers and Microscopic colitis.
What is a particular concern of mine right now is the worry that my use of
ibruprofen has caused my colitis. My fibromyalgia causes such horrible,
unbearable pain and ibuprofen is the only thing that works.
Marshalee brought me to this group and has me started on silver. Thanks
Marshalee! What a sweet woman. So I have been taking silver for almost a
week now and I hope so badly that this helps me. If anyone has any
suggestions I would love to hear them. I am on Celexa, Trazadone, and
Bupropion for Fibromyalgia/depression, and I have Prevacid for my ulcers.
I just feel like I'm way too young to feel this bad, and I worry what that
means about the rest of my life. I have two little girls, Catherine is 3
and Grace is nearly 1, I have to work full time and I am constantly behind
and discouraged. My depression is much better with Celexa, I can live now!

Anyway, I'm glad to try this and hope it helps.

To get ozone poisoning it has to be in extremely high levels which home
units will not produce.
Your furnace during heating or even wooden stove produces more polution the
the ozone machine will ever come close too.

The home furnace produces enough hydrocarbons too seriously ill anyone who
doesn't have the proper filtration and flute installed. The domestic home is

Apparently Ozone in the higher layer of the atmosphere
is good, but ozone near us is not? Ozone pollution is
known to be harmful.

How Ozone Pollution Works
by Craig C. Freudenrich, Ph.D

Effects of Ozone
When you inhale ozone, it travels throughout your
respiratory tract. Because ozone is very corrosive, it
damages the bronchioles and alveoli in your lungs, air
sacs that are important for gas exchange (see How Your
Lungs Work for details). Repeated exposure to ozone
can inflame lung tissues and cause respiratory
infections.

Ozone exposure can aggravate existing respiratory
conditions such as asthma, reduce your lung function
and capacity for exercise and cause chest pains and
coughing. Young children and the elderly are most
susceptible to the high levels of ozone encountered
during the summer.

In addition to effects on humans, the corrosive nature
of ozone can damage plants and trees. High levels of
ozone can destroy agricultural crops and forest
vegetation.

Mahmmm..well I have a good few of them around my place. I do have ozone
with all and find it actually a pleasant fresh clean smell as oposed to the
usually stuff floating around a typical home. well an ozone one may give you
the option to use it or not. Most people who don't want ozone do so because
of the scare tactics of the FDA or health Canada as in my case. You pay a
little more for the added feature. I got mine up here in Toronto. I bought a
good 5 office units and a home unit so the guy gave me a awesome discount. I
still walked out paying around 800.00 for them. He assured me that the ozone
produced by the machines were enought to kill any odors from whatever might
be in the home but not enough to be a health concern. I'd have to look up
the make and model to let you know. I don't have that info on hand as I'm at

I sure hope they can save his life so he can at least be a stud horse.
Oh, WHY??

That's simple. They breed these horses to be fast -- to the exclusion of
all other qualities, such as good bones and feet. And they work them too
hard,

too young. Do you know that most ex-racehorses are permanently lame by the
time they are six or so, and have limited usefulness for the rest of their
lives? If they're not breeding stock, they're frequently on European
dinner plates

in no time. Contrast that to the Lippizan horses of Europe. They aren't
started in their work until four years of age. Frequently aren't backed
(ridden)
until they are six. Their useful life extends well into their twenties.
Our

American Thoroughbreds are under saddle by the time they are yearlings, and
running races such as this by the time they are two. What's amazing is
that

more don't break down. Using this horse as a stud only propogates his now
obvious weakness -- he shouldn't be bred. All of that aside, I was sick to
hear

the news. He was spectacular in the Derby. I hope they can save his life.

Hmm, you learn every day.

Stupid language. Give me Spanish any day...It has some problems but it is

where near as bad as English.
Too bad people can`t see that I was trying to be friendly in showing
dumb

debbie the usage of the apostrophe, (not spelling per se), but everyone,
except those who emailed me directly, applauding my effort, seem to think I
was angry or something.
I wasn`t until she called me Anal.
Maybe I am, my anus works just fine.
So anyway, my favorite race horse will die. I`m in deep depression now,
after that and other things that happened yesterday. I`m hard put to not go
just a block away and stand in front of one of the big coal trains that go
by like bats out of hell...
Only the Pug dogs keep me here.At least something needs me. My children
sure

don`t.
Maybe we`ll get smacked good with a comet chunk next week, and then it will
all be over, one can only hope.
Mike you can dump me off the List if you wish, I don`t care any more.
I don`t care about anything any more.
Where is that damn train?

I hope our horse-experienced members will chime in on this.

Topical use is obviously worthwhile. Possibly, intervenous

good or better than antibiotics in some cases.

I don't know if oral administration is compatible with horse's
digestion. They're not actually ruminants, right? We know that CS could
interfere with the bacteria essential to the fermentation that takes
place in cows' stomachs, for instance.

I live about 20 miles from Barbaro's home stables, so of course he's on the
news here in great detail.

As of 6:30 PM, eastern, he was in his 5th hour of surgery.
Knowing just where he's located, I know that this surgery is being
performed by the vets at the New Bolten Center, an offshoot of the U of
Penn vet school/hospital.

He's in the best of hands, and we all have our fingers crossed around here.

The local news (Phila) showed a stream of people bringing flowers and teddy
bears to the outside of the clinic; many of them were in tears.

I will not say you are mistaken,For that to be true, we are grossly
under estimating the ability of the immune system.

The things it can do are infinite.Even the doctors that have studied it
their complete lifetime say they still do not fully understand it.

Intercellular communications vary from person to person as well as the
ability of the immune system.

I have talked to people who had bad spider bites and did nothing. They
got well simply be the body fighting and winning.

As all the messages have shown, there are many things that help the body to
win. I tried a good number of them.

Often we do not know how the outcome may be. I know one male who had his
leg cut off 3 TIMES due to a spider bite.

He was going to the doctors and getting treatment. I guess the only
thing worse is dying.

Immediately after the Stun Gun treatment, I felt better and the bite wound
started getting better.

I might add, I worked virtually every day during my treatment installing
conduit and wire. The highest temperature I had was ONE DEGREE above
normal. At that time, I decided, if one degree rise is all this can do
to me, I am going to live.

Try all the treatments you and handle. However, get the Stun Gun and get
the show on the road and start getting well,

It is likely the only researched and proven treatment.

If your doctor don't know about it, .. tell him to go back to the

I had 2 Black Widow spider bites. I put meat tenderizer (papain, bromelain
in meat tenderizer break down protein and bee venom and I presume spider
venom is made of protein also) one the first one. In absence of meat
tenderizer I have used digestive enzymes or fresh pineapple, papaya, or
kiwi fruit.

The bite I put meat tenderizer on immediately did not react at all to the
venom- no necrotizing tissue or inflammation at all. I did get a general
reaction of nausea and stomach cramps. The second bite I didn't recognize
as a bite at the time. The next day it started to necrotize and my leg
swelled up and turned red. In an inflammatory situation Vitamin C in large
quantities should help. I was given an antibiotic and after a couple of
days the swelling went away, after a lot of prayer and healing scripture
confessions. Perhaps soaking in epsom salts would also be beneficial
because that helped my daughter after she had swelling and inflammation
from a pencil lead being rammed into her foot.

I'm only assuming Black Widow spider venom and Brown Recluse venom are
similar.

DMSO is a hydroscopic solvent. it attract moisture of any sort. I noticed
this when I got out of a hot shower and opened a jar. What I noticed was
vapor being emitted from the container.Or so it seemed. The vapor was being
drawn to the container. Now since it wasn't mixed with anything. I could
only conclude that the steam was showing the ability of the solvent to
attract moisture. This is why DMSO is so effective. As it is applied to the
skin it will move towards a source of water. Our bodies being mainly water
makes for a good destination. and because it is a great transporter, it
takes everything along with it if we aren't careful. :-)

What is arginine and what foods contain it?

Ernie

After reading the email from Brooks Bradley, I remembered that my
husband does take Lysine in the amount of 1500 mg per day when he gets a
herpes simplex sore breakout. So that may be the difference that makes the
CS/DMSO work so much faster for him, as the virus is being hit both
systemically and topically.

Lysine pure powder could be mixed into DMSO or into the CS/DMSO mix for
topical application I believe.

If you tend to get cold sores watch your diet, foods high in arginine
stimulate the herpes virus. It helps my husband to take extra Lysine when
he indulges in high arginine foods.

What are people using for CS containers when giving
it to people? I am running out of suitable containers
and don't usually give away gallons at a time so can't
just use the gallon DW jug.

Soda pop bottles are the easiest, available everywhere
and free. Or have the folks bring their own containers
and fill them.

Soda pop plastic (PET or PETE plastic) is the best
type of plastic to store CS in. Glass is not as good,
as the silver eventually plates out onto the glass
sides.

And no, the soda pop plastic does not dissolve or
bleed into the CS.

2006-03-08 Thread epatai

Hello,

I have used Grapefruit seed extract on moles. It is preferred to dilute this
because as I found out it does begin to ich and even burn. Redness does
occur in the surrounding area as well, and makes the mole swell. The mole
swells to the point where it lifts from the skin. I was somewhat impatient
and decided to remove it myself.
Application was to apply a few times daily onto a cotton swab and tape it to
the area with and adhesive. A couple days later, usually just comes off with
little effort.

I've been using some ideas from former posts for removing various skin
growths. I used Cinnamon oil suggested by Raine- I augmented it by putting
on full strength DMSO after the oil. It worked on 90% of 10+ skin tags,
one 3-4 mm across and tall, but the DMSO or both were quite irritating and
I quit on about day 5 because it was making reddened blisters. It did get
rid of almost all of the skin tags. On moles, it would first make them
swell up angrily, then 25% went away but the rest are still there. I
learned to use Wayne Fugitt's recipe for mole removal with it at night (so
I could sleep) to control the itching and afterward to help it heal-

3-4 of Aloe vera leaf, scrape out gel
4-5 Vit. E capsules- empty out oil
1-3 tsp CS
10% DMSO

I also tried the above formula on moles but didn't see much change; maybe
it would work more long-term.

I also tried the Cinnamon oil on a wart right below my eye. It also
swelled up and sloughed off a couple of layers so it was smaller. I was
afraid of the irritation so have been trying clear duct tape on it and it
is much smaller. I got brave and brushed on a tiny bit of Cinnamon oil
yesterday to try to finish it off and it burned like fire so I had to wash
and flush my eye with water a lot to get it to stop. By bedtime my lower
eyelid was somewhat swollen and slightly red, but it is better today.
Anyway I'm wondering if I somehow developed an allergy to the Cinnamon oil
after not using it for a while, as I didn't get severe burning with it
initially. That happened to me with flaxseed. I was eating some every day
for a while, then didn't eat any more for a long time. The next time I ate
some I got a bad case of hives. Three years later I ate one piece of bread
with some flax seeds in it and got hives again. Can anyone explain how
allergies can develope after daily use with no reaction then a long break
before using the substance again?

Anyway I may try the CS/DMSO longterm on some moles to see if they have an
effect. If anyone wants I can email them the posts mentioned above, just
send me an email request.

I've also been trying Iodine followed by 10% DMSO on some sebaceous cysts
suggested by Barb. It does make them decrease in size. One was on my
forehead between my eyebrows and is hardly noticeable now.

Nancy

RE: CSsilver dollar

2006-03-06 Thread epatai

Hello Kandee,

From my understanding...the skin is very absorbant to almost every substance
known. Silver dollar back in his youth was most likely very very pure
silver. Skin being the largest organ of the body can and will within time
absorb. The skin breathes like the lungs. If one were to cover the whole
body completely without allowing the skin exposure to air for a lengthy
period of time a person can afixiate, sofocate. Rubbing the coin and
creating heat from the fingers, would over time get into the body. To what
concentration and if so would it have any significant affect, hard to say?
As well, having this coin as good luck, plays into ones belief system making
them believe it will give them a good life or whatever. This sort of
thinking is positive and eliminates an acidic environment which is
contributed by stress. My homeopath always tells me that my thinking along
with her remedy are two key things when it comes to healing. that my two

I'm curious. My grandfather carried a silver dollar
around with him for years when he was a child up until
he was in his 50's. He constantly held it in his hand
while in the pocket and rubbed it bare. He never got
sick until after he placed the good luck coin in his
safe deposit box. He's now in his 80's and still gets
around like a young man despite his bout with
pneumonia back in the 70's and now cancer (which is in
remission). Is it possible that the 1923 silver
dollar kept him well? I didn't know if touch transfer
was enough to do the same as ingesting CS.

Seriously, how about silver cookware? Expensive? Sure, but it is a
viable

investment at present. Can 0.999 silver be heated to frying temperatures
without softening too much? The handle(s) could be made of something other
that silver, such as stainless steel or brass. There could be a very thin
stainless or cast iron cradle for the thing to prevent banging it up on the
stovetop.

Maybe that would be enough, and we could get enough solver just from our
normal cooking for our maintenance dose. Couldn't hurt, and might be all
that most people need most of the time.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

As I understand, The silicate in the corningware doesn't affect us unless it
is heated to such high temperatures that it would practically melt. I don't
recall the specific information on the toxicity report. it was listed here
at one time by a fellow lister. Temperature if I'm not mistaken was around
the 700 fereheit mark. That is pretty hot..infact very hot. I don't believe
anyone cooks anything with that degree of heat. just to stir people's
curiosity..My apologies for not having this information on hand. Corning
glasswear is almost impossible to locate now. One would assume corning
stopped producing the transparent cookware for a good number of reasons and
good health I think is definately one of them. I managed to get a hold of a
few sets of this stuff in almost mint condition at a flea market. it's
better then anything I have used. don't use scrub pads on them and there is
no worries. However, if one is obsessed with what one is ingesting..then
where does the anti stop. How far is one willing to go? And how much can one
afford.?

Zellers in Hanover, Ontario back in the 90's. I know you weren't
supposed to use the green scrubbies (would scratch and dull the
finish on glass) but I got lazy and gently tried to remove the cooked
(sometimes burned) food. It not only dulled the glass but left a
metallic sheen that looked like aluminum. I got ahold of a customer
service rep from Corningware and he said there was aluminum silicate
in the glass as well as in the white corningware products.

other pot of pan I've cooked with I always tend to use gloves. It's almost
impossible to cook something without heat transferance throughout. Hot pan,
semi hot handle? As for popularity? I think that is why they did away with
Glasswear. If you recall, the stuff was hurendously expensive back in the
they when they were promoting it. Now you can pick up a set here in Canada
for under 50 bucks (3 size cooking pots with lids, a small pan, 12inch pan
with lids) that's not a bad deal. Funny though, I only seem run into amber
coloured cookware.

Hi epatai,

Yeah Bob Beck us-ed CS on his head along with a magnetic pulser to regrow
his hair. One theory is that the reason we loss hail is due to micro
orgcanisms in the hair folicles and if you kill them the hair will grlow
again. its jsut getting the CS in the follicles thats the problem as they
are usually clogged with sebum that is like a fat and dose not allow stuff
to get down in hteh follicle. so you have t ofind a way to remove that
first and then get the CS down in the follicles. There is one guy that I
herad of that used some kind of chemiacl peel to clear all thta out nad
then you can get at the bugs to kill them.

I was drawn into the argument for colon cleansing until the writer started
with silly things like,

You will find that in many cases a colon cleanse will purge old
emotions and attitudes stored in the intestines.

The things you take before a colonoscopy, Oral sodium phosphate
solution and a laxative, is a harsh (and dangerous)
form of colon cleanse. I've never heard of anyone passing
all those weird things. Normally it's all pretty soft stuff.
I've seen films of what the doctor sees during colonoscopy and
it's all nice clean pink intestine.

Hi Debbie,
You need to give more info on situation before someone could responsibly
advice on details for proper course of treatment. Type and duration of
cough

infection, fever etc etc? Do not wait and let this get any worse, please.
Even though honey is in itself warming and astringent, some types more than
others, too liberal use of it in these situations can also compromise the
immune system in such a situation due to the way simple sugars can
negatively influence the activity of the immune system. I would advise
immediate diagnosis and treatment through ayurvedic herbal medicine. Please
consult a qualified physician. For immediate internet consultation, I would
advise to put out a query to AYURVEDA ONLINE Group, the largest group on
ayurveda on yahoo. I would ask either Dr Shirish Bhate or Todd Caldecott.
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/ayurvedaonline/ They should be able to
address this immediately.
If this is not simply a passing bacterial or viral infection, diet could
well be an underlying causative factor, which can potentially compromise
immune system through various systemic influences.

Yes the body can, but not sure if the two are related. depending on the
detox if the body is really toxic then it most likely will endure stress and
you may experiencee some kind of break out. Chest infection? I haven't heard
of this. If you take CS you'll most likely want to start really really slow.
Cause the CS could accelerate your detox and make you feel even worse. Herx

Some reflections from me...

I went almost 3 years after starting to use CS before I finally came
down with something that sounds a lot like what you described. This was
back about early 2000.

Now that was an incredible accomplishment, since up 'til '97, when I
started with CS, I'd been to the doctor 3 or 4 times a year for
antibiotics for bronchitis and strep, and finally landed with pneumonia
at Christmas time of '96. So I know CS works, too.

Whatever it was nailed me with all my usual upper respiratory symptoms
plus a cough that didn't go away for ever.

So just what are these superbugs? Or is it something else?

One thing I've heard said ever since we began here, is that CS is
better on bacterial than on viral infections. Some viral agents do not
respond, some do. Once things get started, CS is often not enough to
stop them. It will prevent secondary infections that would complicate
healing, but the virus needs to run its course. Maybe that is what
happened here.

I would be prepared with zappers, mag pulsers, other anti-pathogenic
preparations like grapefruit seed or olive leaf extracts... and hit it
with everything.

Deep dark conspiracy? Well it's imaginable, but not the simplest
explanation.

Be well,

Re: CSUnresponsive sickness

2006-01-29 Thread epatai

Hi Mike,

I don't respond often although I do read many messages and am grateful for
everyone's imput.
I have found that it is equally important that our lymph system is working
effectively. I am in very good health relatively speaking; but I acquired
fungus and/or Candida. and was finding it difficult to render the alergic
reaction I was getting from this. Even though I had effective homeopathic
treatment my lymph system wasn't releasing it effectively enough so my body
was backing it up and causing continued breakouts. The homeopath gave me
drops which I put into my distilled water and was told to drink a litre a
day. I did this and with dietary changes the reaction stopped. I believe it
was a combination of this. After drinking the water I noticed I had to go to
the bathroom almost immediately, unlike drinking water which takes a while.
This made me realize the kidneys and lymph went into overdrive to start
excreting. IMHO, I believe that when we're stuck with a virus of sorts, and
we can't shake it. Maybe it's related to the lymph system ability to get rid
off the garbage.

regards,

ernie

Hi Listers,

Ole Bob is an electrical engineer and I have built several power
generating stations in the tropics, and I know high voltage electricity. I
would suggest that most of you leave it alone as it can kill.

In October thru December I ran a 14 part study using a microwave power
supply and have data logged the results and measured the PPM with my
spectrophotometer, and will tell you that I could not get 35 to 42 PPM.

In fact the highest I ever got was 13.2 PPM and every batch turned
yellow overnight.

Facts: Open circuit voltage = 3,500 votls
  Anode 2 x 6
  Cathode 1/4 rod
  Spacing = 3

The initial current is very dependent on the conductivity of the DW.
With a cond. of 1.0 uS/cm the cell voltge was 250 volts and the current
was 141 mA.
With a cond. of 0.6 uS/cm the cell voltage was 250 volts and the current
was 52 mA.

I will try and put together a spread sheet of this data.

He said that he could regularly get 35 to 42 ppm CS using his converted
microwave CS maker. One quart in 1.5 minutes. 3,600 volts, pulsed DC,
with electrodes at 2.25 inches apart, and anode surface area of 15.25.
I estimate that would be at about 100ma with current density of 15ma
per square inch. (All approximations.)

This seems to violate a lot of rules that we go by for low voltage DC CS
making.

I just wanted to say that all Cancers are not caused by virus. Certain
Cancers, such as Lymphomas are caused by Virus. I did a lot of reading on
this because my husband had Hodgkin's Lymphoma. (Cancer of lymph) One of
the
most widespread tumor formers is a very active virus called papilloma. It
is

the cause of cervical tumors, breast tumors, lymphoma, genital wars, and
dysplasia. Endometriosis can be a papilloma virus, It can form brain and
anal tumors. There are several different Virus's that can form tumors.

Then, there are the Cancer Tumors that are caused by fungus. The hard tumor
is the fungus tumor. Prostrate Cancer is fungal.

I am not an expert on all this, but to fight Cancer it helps to know what
is

causing the Cancer to form. I got this info in a book by Hanna Kroeger. She
has a test in there that you can do yourself to determine whether you have
the fungal Cancer of not. She says it will indicate Cancer, two years
before

it is detectable to conventional tests. Instructions for anyone wanting to
try it as follows,-
Take the first morning urine in a celluloid cup. (not foam cup) Cover it
with one layer of toilet paper and place in a dark place. In the evening
place it in refrigerator on the lowest shelf. The next morning pour out the
urine. Where air and urine touched, there will be a fatty waxy ring in the
cup if fungus cancer is present in your system.

According to most people in the natural field,-everyone with Cancer has
parasites.

The plums are considered a condiment for seasoning foods such as brown
rice, salads etc.Americans would use the likes of ketchup, or
mustard,
hot sauce in its stead. Generally, they are used sparingly, from half a
plum to a whole. They are not usually eaten alone.
Umeboshi plums are fermented products that are high in iron, thiamin,
and
riboflavin. Like other fermented foods, they are beneficial to
digestion,
stimulating the secretion of digestive fluids in the stomach and
enhancing

the growth of healthy bacterial cultures in the intestinal tract. If a
persons digestive system is sensitive or compromised just one plum eaten
alone has the potential to keep your intestines busy purging for an
entire

 day.
Umeboshi plum is a misnomer. The term umeboshi means dried ume, where
ume
 is usually

translated as plum. But it is not a plum. It is a species of apricot. It
has
 several organic acids

with medicinal effects, including the seemingly paradoxical effect of
 alkalizing the body.

 1. Umeboshi has a high concentration (perhaps the highest concentration
in

 any fruit) of citric

acid. Citric acid enables the small intestine to absorb alkaline
minerals

 from other foods that

 would otherwise not be absorbed.

 2. Umeboshi itself contains high amounts of alkaline minerals (iron,
 calcium, potassium,

 manganese, etc.)

 3. Citric acid breaks down lactic acid produced metabolically in our
blood

 and tissues.

 4. Umeboshi contains picric acid that stimulates and supports the
 detoxifying action of the

 liver.

 5. Umeboshi contains catechin acid which speeds peristaltic action in
the

 intestines as

well as the digestion of proteins.

 6. Umeboshi peel contains pectic acid which has a laxative effect.

  CULTURED CABBAGE JUICE
To implant friendly lactobacteria in the colon and heal damaged mucus
membranes of the G.I. tract, you need to drink about 1 and 1/2 cup daily
of cultured cabbage juice. Here is how to make it. Fill blender with
chopped green cabbage and add distilled water until about 2/3 full. (Do
not use well water or tap water). Beat at high speed in the blender for
one minute. Pour mixture into bowl and repeat with two more batches. Cover
with Seran wrap or similar material and let stand at room temperature.
After 3 days, the cabbage juice solution is ready to use. Strain the
mixture to separate the liquid from the pulp. Place the cultured cabbage
juice in refrigerator. Drink 1/2 cup of this solution diluted with an
equal part of water 2 or 3 times each day. When your supply gets low, make
second batch just like the first one, except, add 1/2 cup of the juice
from the first batch to the second batch. Your second batch will be ready
just 24 hours.
This process may be repeated indefinitely. Each serving contains
several billion friendly lactobacteria. The lactic acid in the culture
cabbage juice will purify the G.I. tract and kill most strains of fungi
parasites and other pathogens.
You should drink this mixture until your stools float in the toilet
bowl and are odor free. When that happens, you may lower your dosage of
cultured cabbage juice to one serving each day as maintenance dosage. You
may eat one cup of raw cabbage as a substitute for 1/2 cup of cultured
cabbage juice.

Hmmm,
Hulda Clark had it right, then!
Years ago I made one of her simple zappers because it WAS simple
(not to be confused with the Beck zapper).

Her protocol for use was to zap for 7 mnutes, stop for seven minutes,
and repeat twice more to complete the session.
According to her, the rest periods were to allow organisms hiding
within zapped organisms time to come out and expose themselves to the
next treatment.
Good thinking!

CScomparison of chlorella types.

2006-01-05 Thread epatai

Hi Ernie,

Thanks for keeping in touch. Yes, we know this company. Many US companies
are using this source. Earthrise, Jarrow, Sequal (ChlorEssense).

This chlorella is a different species, Vulgaris, with soft cell wall. It
claims to be more nutritious than Pyrenoidosa speciese. Many years ago,
they approached us for us to distribute for them. I was very much puzzled
by the fact that their heavy metal content was very high (at 20 ppm). While
most of chlorella (pyrenoidosa) is only at 1 or 2 ppm at the worst. I
requested the break down to see what was in it, but they did not do separate
testing on mercury and lead then. I told them then that we could never
distribute for them as the level of detection for heavy metal is too high.

My opinion is that the species is easy to get contaminated as the cell wall
is soft. In Pyrenoidosa species, the inside chlorella (where all nutrients
are stored) is protected by the tough cell wall. While this Yaeyama
chlorella being vulgaris has a soft cell wall and therefore it is easy for
contaminants to cross into inside. But of course this is my guessing using
my common sense, as I could not ask them to explain why this level is so
much higher.

I do not like this company for another reason. Their sales literature is
not always truthful. For example, they claim their CGF in their chlorella
is 20%. This is actually very doubtful. With my common sense, I know
chlorophyll content in chlorella is around 25% and chlorella looks green.
If CGF is 20% chlorella should look yellow, not green. Also, CGF is hot
water soluble substance and will not easily absorbed if just taken without
proper treatment. Our CGF liquid is extract with hot water.

I think Yaeyama is a great company doing marketing. But I am definitely not
sure of the quality of chlorella. I trust almost all commercial growers of
chlorella choose pyrenoidosa species for a reason. If Yaeyama chlorella
(vulgaris) is truly as good as it is claimed, all other companies will grow
the same thing. In fact many chlorella growers insist that vulgaris is not
a good species of chlorella and therefore they are not growing it. For me I
believe which species to use for chlorella was decided almost 40 years ago,
when Sun chlorella came out with Pyrenoidosa. Many research was done on
Pyrenoidosa, not on vulgaris.

This is a technical issue, but for me the most important issue is heavy
metal issue. For this reason, I would not personally use Yaeyama chlorella
at all. In fact, I think the Japanese chlorella (grown in Japan) is among
the worst. Sun chlorella is a Japanese chlorella, but it is grown in
Indoniesia, not japan, and it is pyrenoidosa, not vulgaris.

There are only a few countries that grow good chlorella. Japan is not one
of them. Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia are the usual choice of
growers. Ours is from Taiwan but its quality is all controlled by Germans.

It is very unfortunate now that commercialization sometimes makes it harder
for people to see the truth of matter. The above is just my personal
opinion and I hope you could use your judgment in this matter, not
influenced by mine.

Hope the above explains well your questions.

Thanks for keeping touch. Wish you all the best in the new year.

Jiny

I am presently on the candida diet (no sugar, no

much improvement. My candida is systemic. Hevy toll on

I began using CS 3 days ago. 1 tsp. 3xdaily.
I also drink homemade Kefir daily as my probiotic

I was interested to know if anyone out there has had
success using CS, their regimen, length of time before
noticing results, and of course just plain ole

Difference is the Protein content. Spirulina has a higher percentage of
protein then Chlorella. That is why both combined is the ideal. You can get
away with taking either or..Preferably chlorella. Spurilina is considered a
blue green algae. Both are considered whole foods. I can't remember if he
uses the term blue green algae interchangable with chlorella and
spirulina.

Re: CSbest 'green' food powder?/

actually the best Chlorella is produced in Tiawan..Japan is a very
industrialized nation and because of this it's high polution makes it a very
great challenge to produce adequate quanities to support the demand; due to
effective marketing it is most recognized. Because of the high population
density and demand of Chlorella, Japan buys alot of it's surplus from
Taiwan, a known fact. Hawain does claim to be the best Spirulina, but
Earthwise organic is just as good. Not all Spirulina is grown in the wild.
Wild spirulina is something to be vary of because it can contain toxins from
the pond that it's grown wild in. There have been cases of people getting
sick from taking wild Spirulina.

Different species of algae with somewhat different nutrient profiles.
People experience different effects from them. Chlorella is a green algae.
Spirulina is a blue green algae and is sometimes confused with Blue Green
Algae (Aphanizomenon flos-aquae aka AFA) which is harvested in the wild
from Lake Klamath in Oregon. Compared with spirulina, AFA has some unique
rejuvenating energetic effects on the brain and nervous system, presumably
because it contains certain neuropeptide amino acid combinations.

Best Spirulina is Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica cultivated by Cyanotech
Corp.

Best Chlorella is Yaeyama Chlorella which is cultivated in Japan

Best AFA is E3Live processed by Vision Inc .

purchase from companies and I'm never sure of the quality. I was hoping
someone here may have an economical size and price. I use to make my own

Atkins is certainly NOT a healthy way of eating IMHO.
This makes the blood and the body's environment EXTREMELY acidic. which
makes it a great host for future problems. our system is not designed to be
acidic. The simple reason all these different diets have been created is
because people are too lazy in most cases to exercise properly and daily.
People want a fast and convenient way to lose weight. Proper diet means
eating sensibly and complimenting this with regular proper exercise. In the
beginning this requires some educating onself to understand foods or to see
a nutritionist who does. Takes time as in months to allow the body to
adjust and not shock it. We want immediate gratification now days. It
doesn't take a few weeks to put on 50-100lbs..so it would make sense to
understand it will take about as long to lose the same amount of weight.

you have some valid points.. But your theory or their theory on metabolic
types is also inconsistant. It works for some but doesn't work for all. So
if it is individual then one cannot say that one works for all. And if a
holistic nutritionist opinion is in question? then we might as well throw
all professional based thinking out the window and go back to the drawing
board for ALL involved. You probably noticed I didn't mention dietician
also limitted in thinking from my experience. I would humbly say that if
someone has a condition, which ever that condition may be has to do their
own dilegence homework but also keep an open mind enough to consider all
methods in anything undertaken.

What makes one person acidic doesn't mean that same thing will make every
single human being on the planet acidic.
Check the book Metabolic Typing Diet. It discusses the acid/alkaline
balance. Some of us achieve balance on a diet that would throw others out
of whack.
There is a HUGE fallacy in thinking everyone needs or thrives or will
achieve a good acid/alkaline balance on the same diet. It simply is not
true. There is no laziness involved for me, at least.
Most nutritionists are far too likely to believe that there is only one
diet that is best for everyone, so only SOME of their clients will thrive
on their recommendations. Many will become worse.
FWIW, I did not go on Atkins to lose weight, but to feel better, and I did.
Anyone who went on an Atkins low carb diet and felt worse would be a fool
to continue. Just as it would have been foolish for me to stay on a low fat
vegetarian diet.
Any understanding of food/how to eat is individual, there is no one best
way for everyone.

Maybe going to see a homeopath would help isolate to determine the cause and

Re: CSNiacin

2005-12-29 Thread epatai

Hello Cindy,

I have noticed something rather interesting with coffee use. I don't really
have any health issues except some fungus in my body right now which I'm
dealing with using homeopathy. I was told to stay away from it right now
because of the acidity. But I still have one cup everyday or other day.

In the past, when I found I was drinking too much, I started feeling not so
great. I was doing so because I was using it to subsititute for eating
better. When I began eating more regularly and started taking superfood
suplimentation I noticed my craving for coffee naturally deminished. How did
I know this? Well when I went to get coffee even after I began my new diet.
I found after a few sips I was turned off. I mean, not just psychologically
but my body didn't want it. the catch was, that pyschologically I found
myself still wanting and even sometimes making a cup, but once I tasted it.
I just felt as though it was more out of habit then desire. When I changed
my diet or started slacking due to work conditions I found myself slowly
going back to the coffee as a subsititute to get my by. Interesting thing to
note.

The superfood I was taking was Chlorella and was also eating more greens and
fruits.

Just thought I'd share my experience.

Well, I finally decided to start niacin since my cholesterol and
 triglicerides are a bit high.

I'm curious about the high readings for cholesterol and triglycerides that
others in this group are experiencing. What do some of you think the cause
is? For me personally the cause is...decaffinated coffee. When I get off
of it, my readings have fallen to normal within 6 months. Then I got back
on it, I was using 2 scoops of coffee to 2 cups water, once or twice a day,
and my triglycerides were really high. Have heard caffinated coffee will
affect cholesterol triglycerides less because of chemicals they use
todecaffinatee coffee.

I have loved coffee since I was a little kid. Trying to wean off the
coffee again and trying to drink at least two cups of pau d'arco tea and
finding many cravings gone, especially chocolate and sweets, with all the
stuff we got as gifts, I can easily walk by it and it just doesn't taste so
good. Now if I could only find something to reduce the cravings for
coffee.

I have done extensive research on Superfoods and one can literally survive
on these for a couple months without anything else except water of course.
Loaded with protein and infact the most highest concentration to any other
food as well as quality. Chlorella and Spurilina combined make the ideal
combination. Now the question is quality. That is where one has to do there
homework. Keep in mind, u mention supplimentation? Super green foods are NOT
suppliments in the least remote way. They are infact an edible whole food

A greenfood supplement is not a survival food, you need concentrated
carbohydrates, proteins and fats for that purpose. Í guess I must have
tested all the major brands of green food supplements. The best allround
formula is definitely Dr Jameth Sheridan's Vitamineral Green, in my
experience the energy enhancement etc that you get from this supplement is
quite superior to other brands.
http://www.healthforce.com/vitamineral_green.htm

Its also available through a few other labels.
For a complete whole food meal replacement powder, I would recommend
Vega from Sequel Naturals, you cant get any better than this.

Id like to ad also there is always someone coming out will a new way of
cracking or opening the cell wall of Chlorella. The most effective way I
have researched is where the cell wall is cracked through the use of high
frequecy vibration. Allowing the cell to maintain it's integrity while in
its pre digested state. Once induced the stomach acid and or water used to
drink it. allows the wall to disintegrate( for a lack of better term) So u
get all the nutritional quality in it's most natural state.

Too much niacin can also stress the liver so it is
wise to be cautious.

The amount of niacin that would be needed to be
ingested in order to stress the liver is actually a
difficult amount to get used to. Ted is taking 6,000
mg/day, and his liver is fine, I bet.

Also, a very important thing to remember about taking
individual B vitamins is that the body is designed to
metabolize all the B complex together, and taking
individual B vitamins can cause a deficiency of some
of the others. To be safe, whenever you take a
significant amount of a specific B vitamin (like
niacin, or B12), or take it for an extended time, it
is good to be ingesting a total B complex food, like
nutritional yeast, or taking a B complex supplement
that contains ALL the B vitamins (not just the ones
the doctors think are important). A good, food-source,
comprehensive B complex supplement would be the kind
where you need to take several capsules/tablets per
meal/day, rather than the One-A-Day type, which only
has a few synthetically-made B vitamins. Besides the
fact that it wouldn't hurt you to be getting extra B
vitamins, it would also provide your body with the
ones needed to help metabolize the niacin or whatever.

The doctor I first read about (forgot his name) who
uses mega-doses of niacin to very successfully treat
schizophrenia used 30,000 mg/day (injection, not
orally). He was the one who also mentioned the need to
add generous amounts of the whole B complex, from food
sources, not synthetically made.
