past estimates are any guide, figure basic functionality in 2025.
It sounds a little scary though. 83 orbital planes in a bit over
200 km
they are not the only company doing this. OneWeb
for example. SpaceX has the advantage of having their own launch service
and being able to piggyback on other payloads.
