Dmitry, An active link likely is only pushing the current record from the Vendor/View form into the matching regular form. What I think you want to do is really this. Move your Escalation logic to a Filter. Move your Active Link Logic to a Control Panel. So this is what I think you could do.

You can enable pop access to your gmail account, point your favorite mail reader at it, then dowload a copy of all messages. You can then export the message using the mail reader. Just make sure that when you enable pop in your gmail account, you choose the option to leave the messages in your
