There are two ways I'm familiar with to delete a record.
1 - Have an Admin Account, they have permission, so you won't have issues
2 - Create workflow that fires on condition 'x' that does a process to
delete the record
If you are unwilling to do 1, you must do 2, if you are not

Malloc errors are problems with the system being able to allocate memory
(Memory ALLOCation). What this indicates is that your system is close to
the maximum memory allowed for your architecture, seeing as you are running
such an old version, it's possible that there are leaks that have
objects..and because the records aren't there, those objects
don't show up in the dev studio...bad design if you ask me.but I now have a

Yes, there is a bug with the 7.6.3 client regarding commit actions. The bug
is specifically related to doing a commit when no fields that have
'changed'.this meaning fields that have the 'disable change flag set don't
count'.in this scenario it says its performing the commit, but doesn't

You are correct, you can't have a form in more than one deployable app at a
time, so that's why it's not available in your new one. I think the easiest
option would be to export your deployable app in-tact, and then when you are
importing your app on the destination server don't import all

size being too small for the amount of data being sent/received across the

1 - Turn Off 'record object relationships'
2 - Restart your remedy server
3 - Turn it back on
4 - Restart your remedy server

likely want to look for is something that is setting 2 to something..likely
$USER$ on the screen.this would likely be an AL on window open or
something..the 'all fields' doesn't cause this problem unless you are in

below and run it through a business time add function and take $TIMESTAMP$
as the start and add that many min's, that would give you a date/time that
you would expect to get to it.

When I ran the install I needed the special port #, but after the install
happened the config does not need the port...it uses the SQL Client to
connect whereas the install uses JDBC to connectso you should find that
even on that custom port, an existing server will connect without a
(ARSList)

I think you should stabilize the server before trying to add a
licenselack of license isn't going to cause restart of server, and the
only way I know of to add a license is through the user tool.
