On the JCA side of this discussion ... I believe WSIF is sufficiently
modularised right now to introduce the JCA code. I can update build.xml to
conditionally compile the JCA provider only if the right pre-requisite
classes are on the classpath.

I was wondering, not only because this WSIF could start off there, but
because as I was thinking of looking at how hard it would be to write some
.NET code to work with Java hash tables, and it doesnt make sense to put
that into jakarta-commons,
