Hi Andreas,
It looks like the upstream fixed the issue in some recent version, as
according to the logs [1], the package builds now for big-endians as well.
Do you agree, that we can close the bug as well as the issue?

Hi Paul,
I tried hard but wasn't able to reproduce the bug (in a clean chroot). Even
for the stable version (2.3.0-2) tests are passing (several times in a
row). Looking at the debci logs [1], tests are passing for quite some time.
Do you think, it makes sense to keep it longer?

Hi Andreas,
As I mentioned during today's Jitsi meeting, kmer builds and all the tests
passed in a clean sbuild schroot. Should we close the bug and make a
release then?

Hi Andreas,
I ran loki's tests on my machine in sbuild environment, and I got no
errors. As I understand it, the loki.dat file has to exist after "prep"
steps. I added an "ls" into the run-unit-test to check this. Also, I turned

I was trying to figure out the reason for the failure but without any
success. It appeared that the error is reproducible with the upstream's

Hi Andreas,
I finally made some progress with unicycler (As you said it is mañana :D).
A couple of tests still fails, but the reason does not seem to be in
missing files as these tests just check running with --help option. I am
going to take a closer look at this later.
Is it OK how it builds
Hi,
I have just finished with an autopkgtest for kmer, adding one more test and
all necessary accompanying changes. One of the tests, atac-unit-test, was
uploaded in the previous release and it failed with a segmentation fault
[1] which I mentioned in the list previously [2]. Unfortunately, I

P.S. Writing from my first DebConf in Taiwan :-)
Ouch, sorry! I first planned to write also a bit about python-cyvcf2 that
is why I included it in the Subjest. Then I decided to devote to it a
separate letter, but forgot to remove it from the Subject.
Since this has happened, I am to mention cyvcf2 here.

Hi Andreas,
I have just pushed an autopkgtest and a simple patch to fix gff2ps so that
it exits with "0" when a run is successful. Please, check out my commits!
I am going to look into the python packages Steffen wrote about.

Hi Andreas,
I noticed that HYPHYGTK build target was removed in the latest version.
Moreover, all the code related to GUI and GTK was deleted as it is said
here [1]. So, I guess we need to delete *hyphygui* binary package from
hyphy as well. Just doing it solves the build problems completely. If

Hi Andreas,
I pushed an autopkgtest for autodock-vina and also fixed some
lintian warnings as usual. By the way, lintian says that the newest version
of Debian Policy (4.1.5) should be indicated. I did so, is it OK?
