I think that the IC-7700 should work by using one of the IC-7800 .rig files and
changing the HEX address code to match the IC-7700. Has anyone tried this?

Don, KA5EYH pointed out a problem in the export of 10-10 numbers to ADIF files.
DX4WIN 7.04 (and maybe 7.03) exports the 10-10 number, but to the wrong ADIF
field name. You can do a search-and-replace in the ADIF file to fix it.

It would be very nice if somebody could help me with fixing a problem
in DX4WIN.
I have been using DX4WIN for around 10 years now, the current version being 7.04
with the LOG containing over 151

If you mean telnet to a DX Cluster, you must configure Packet1
preferences to Type=Regular, COM Port=TCP/IP.
Then when the Packet Window comes up, right-click and select "Internet
connection".

I don't think you can do this with DX4WIN.
Try setting filter(s) on your cluster node. See the node user
information for help on using the set/filter command.
Or use the VE7CC AR/CC User program from http://www.ve7cc.net/

Buro. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a fix?

Make an F8 filter and set the date to 1 June 2008
QSO -> Multiple QSO Operations -> Set Upload Date
(make it blank)
Then Labels -> Set Upload Flags, using the filter.
Finally, Export for LoTW
