reconfirmation) of their standards. The cycle for review is established
when any standard is issued (commonly 5 years, but primarily up to the
committee responsible for the document). The intervening period is
within the state.
Typically, local code in America is based on NFPA requirements, so there is
somewhat uniform electrical and fire safety code across this diverse
experiment...

There is a seperate manual for option 103, HP part
number 5961-0433. I could not find a copy of this on
their website, but I have access to a copy. There is a
programming example in HPBasic that I will email you
when I get a chance.

Does anyone know of a website available to designers and lists the DOW of
North American standards? There is a europa website available to the public
whcih lists European standards and their DOWs but I was unable to find a
similar website for North America.

I have never heard of a production line ESD test. One might guess OSHA might
be all over such a test since the safety requirements are very different
between the test lab and the production line.
As a consultant I learned a long time ago that ESD and EMI susceptibility
problems often go hand in
testing. If a failure occurs, redesign the product to
withstand it, and retest at a higher level.
