Belinda, I think that fatty foods cause pancreatitis (when it is caused by foods at all, which is not always the case), not raw foods.  Raw meat diets tend to be rather low in fat, actually, depending on what you are feeding. I do not think that is what did it if it was pancreatitis. Michel

I would just think an ointment would work better than a cream.  The ointment is what blocks the diarrhea from getting to the skin to irritate it more.  Cream is not 'waterproof' as such.   Also, I don't know what you're washing him with when he has these accidents, but I would use NO soap at all.

I'm assuming ID has rice in it already.  Rice is the only thing I can think of when it comes to 'bland' food for diarrhea purposes.  Maybe ask the vet about mushing up more rice and mixing with the ID to make it blander till the diarrhea stops?   I'm making wild guesses here.  I really have no cl
