I know you'll get many other detailed responses from the list, but to
get you started:
If you're on a Mac, you can print directly to a .pdf file. Just
select PDF in the print dialog.
There are lots of programs that will do this for you. Google create
pdf for a plethora of programs. A

printers at all. My Ricoh AP2610 (the predecessor to the AP610 --

Ultimately she found a song (from her home country Macedonia I believe)

print utility to create PDFs, but I've found that although most
people have been able to open the PDFs I've sent, a number of people
on Windows machines tell me they can't open them - they get

You mean, like, the Vertical Collision Remover plugin? You can use
the Respace Systems command to make sure your total system height is
where you want it to be, then select Total System Height - Try To
Keep Existing in the Vertical Collision Remover plugin.
