Hi,
I wrote a small SourceMod plugin to fix that exploit on my servers.
It's not the very best solution, but it works well without removing fast
respawn (respawn times sucks :).
My servers are running fine since I installed that plugin.

Well it has to do with a plugin, if you just set this cvar to 1, the exploit
doesn't work.
If you want to disable freeze cam, you could use an other plugin especially
for that.

sound recording in Fraps.
The sound quality in TF2 is really bad, sounds like a microphone quality ...
But in Portal for example the quality is perfect.
