The point is - that's impossible to do fairly. We DO run that plugin, but on the maps where it is disabled (i.e. sm_respawn_time_enabled 0) that plugin is technically still RUNNING, but since fast respawn is disabled, the sv_tag is not set. See my point - you can't just poll a bunch of servers

In a nutshell: When the policy of Truth was enacted, TF2 servers that were hiding bots, Fake Client counts and so forth were removed from the server browser, the OP server community was effectively removed because of this. This admin is now pissed since he can find other servers in the browser

They don't have to report. Every time that client connects to a server, the server cannot lie to Valve any longer. If data from client vs server differs, they will know about it. They just haven't acted upon it much lately. PS: if someone from Valve reads this, you cannot report do a report
