I had the same problem last week and IMail Support told me to open IMail Administrator at the server and click on localhost then the SMTP Security tab and remove the check from Disable SMTP AUTH reporting and stop and restart SMTP services. This fixed my problem and I have separate IP addresses

have rules/filters set up on each domainthat forward to either a "Virus
Box" , or an "Improper file attachment" box. That box has an auto
responder set up letting the people know that we don't accept that type of
email. It seems to be working fine for me
Actually, all the phone company did was enable you to do the filtering.
Bell South does no filtering of any kind. They simply give you some tools in
which you can individually implement filtering that effects no one but

I would try opening that mailbox with the IMail Client on the server. If
you cannot send a message to yourself then I would delete the files in
the C:\IMail\mail_cooeeonline_com\Users\glenh directory. (This will be a
good time to make sure that this directory exists.)
