the entire Office Suite. I have to use such in a VM at work and since we
switched to Office 2007, most shortcut keys appear to no longer be available.

At least for the first question, my voice memos show up in iTunes with a
name that has the date/time and the album is Voice Memos. They come in
as AAC audio but you can easily convert them, or any track, to mp3. Just
make sure you have the mp3 encoder settings the way you like it in
iTunes

on this morning to begin using it there was no sound. I checked to make sure
that these headphones were still working and they are. I even connected them
to my usb sound card and that also didn't work. Does
