Those number are useless. And pointless.
What any of us care about is lumens and/or watts. Since there is
no standard for "equivalent" I see really goofy numbers like 500 l
listed as a "60W equivalent" - and the 60 W incandescent lamp
ith an LED. Interestingly that one has lasted
a looong time with a cheap CFL where incandescent bulbs used to burn out pretty
quick.

Recent fluorescent tube fixtures require correct phasing of the white
(neutral) and black (hot) wires as well as a grounded fixture. There is
some capacitive effect between the bulb and the fixture case that enables
the light to start. If you get this wrong, starting will be unreliable, to

I know of two kinds of LED replacement tubes:
One kind needs the ballast to run, so they're not a fix for a dead ballast but
you don't have to rewire.
The other kind runs on straight 120v, so you bypass the ballast and you need
non-shunted bulbholders/tombstones. After that, no more worries about
