Acc vacuum is dead, think I have a leak somewhere under the hood before the
acc. So I pulled the crossover pipe to get a better look and I do have bio
degrading wiring harness that probably needs to be replaced although nothing
odd seems to be going on. Also I believe I have some dead glow plugs
