The writer of these comments must not know about the North Minneapolis
Southeast Asian Initiative, which has gotten hundreds of Hmong involved
in their neighborhoods and developed

I have to drive to and from work everyday. My job takes me to different
companies throughout the year. Most of my work is in the suburbs. The bus
system will not work for me. It would take major time out of my day.

about right to me. Increasing that speed by 10 mph would be of no
