starting with Evergreen 2.5 and we have all the parameters and conditions set
(at least we think so!). We are an academic institution.I just don't know

In general I will agree that more info from the record and less art or
pretty stuff is wanted. However, all of that text in the mockup is pretty
overwhelming on first glance. It would be nice if each section of large
chunks of text were available, but not immediately viewable. I'm
passwords, which is a bit more secure than using a phone number or another
number that might be easily obtained.

We are experiencing what we think is a bug, but maybe we are just
mis-understanding something.
When we edit an item with the edit items / Volumes per bib function, it
ADDS a second, empty call number record. (We can see it via the Holdings
Maintenance screen). All we want to
this to be a worthy contender for feature development in future Evergreen

I would like to run a report to get some basic bibliographic info (title,
author, pub date) PLUS the oclc number. Which source is best? And then how
to I get the OCLC number to show up in the output? I cannot seem to find the
right fields and such to get to that data.How do I get

We are having some problems with two of our MARC templates. They will not
load. Where are they housed? How are the created? What would make them go
away?

We are getting permission errors for LongOverdue items when trying to check
them in. The error says that there is a permission issue with the override.
However, here is the permission as it is set:
"COPY_STATUS_LONGOVERDUE.override"This is set in the permission group that

Check your settings in Firefox and or IE. I have noticed that Evergreen pulls
the defaults from browser settings. Causes all kinds of trouble if you don't
know how they are set.
Change those and you will find it will be better. :)

We are having some issues with our notices. When they go out, they have this
in the template:
From: [%- params.sender_email || helpers.get_org_setting(user.home_ou,
'org.bounced_emails') || default_sender %]
However, we would like the FROM field to have the CIRCULATING Library as
wouldn't always just be able to hit Reply, but at least the
information would be accurate.
