I think you're right Doug.
Inside there's a chemical mixture that reacts when exposed to air or
moisture. To keep camera gear warm, be sure to get the exposed to air
variant.
Though i guess all chemical reactions like that will go pretty slow at deep
freezer temperatures.

There are four types:
1 Chemical reaction types (like the light stick) where all the
reactants are sealed in separate packages inside a larger one.
The inner package(s) are broken and the contents mixed to make a

is a print, so unless you're aiming to get 35mm slides out of large (A4 to
A3) artwork it might be better to look for a 100mm (or 90mm depending upon
the brand).

I've had good results shooting flowers with my Sigma 70-300 APO Macro. The
lens is sharp, contrasty with good colors and the Macro is good down to 1:2.

NO, sorry to be the bearer of bad tides, but this is
the cheapo version without the SMC coatings. You can
usually spot this lens by the bright colored f. stop
numbers printed on the aperture ring.

Odds are that it is now a external meter only camera. You might get
lucky, but if it needs new electronics there is currently no fix.
