The two cameras may need different flashes.
The D does TTL adn P-TTL. The K10D only does P-TTL
The AF360FGZ and the AF6540FGZ does both TTL and P-TTL.
So, both of these flashes are obvious and excellent choises for both
cameras.

Have any of you guys experiences with this?
I'm thinking about getting a 645 body for my excellent Pentacon Six lenses
(CZ Jena and Schneider-Kreuznach).

Thanks Ralf, Scott and Adam.
Sounds great. The 645 bodies are quite affordable now, and I stille use
medium format for grouo portraits, aerial photography, landscape and such.

to convert many images the same way (simultanoulsy).
I don't udnerstand the pint about improting to libraries either. I guess it
is a work flow thing, not really of importance to me.
As I do quite a few panoramas and series - the batch option are crutial to
me.
It is time saving as well.

Some very nice panoramas there, Christian.

I have an x-ray proof box, that works fine. Can't you persuade the dealer to
ship in x-ray proof package. I may even send a box ahead.
These days these boxes can be purchased quite cheaply.
So you are from the Philippines - just like my new Pentax camera :-)

I second that, Boris. 2-3 steps is way out of line.
Have you - Dario - checked if your lens(es) have a slow aperture syndrom,
which in my experince (26 years with Pentax) is the most common reason for
over exposure?

Any speed equal to or below 1/150 will do.
I always use it on Manual when using a flash.
The TTL-flash automatics still works, you know!

I believe the flash is normally fired in the beginning of the period of
fully opened shutter (first or leading curtain sync) - unless of course the
camera/flash is set to last or trailing curtain sync, which mean that the
falsh will then fire just before closing time.

Funny, you shoud say that JCO'C. I have been thingking the same since I got
the K10D. The redish cast in the (over) exposed areas have alwasy sbeen a
PITA to me:-)
But unlike the K10D, ito's not possible to fine tune the WB.
