which is developped by Richard Herman. However I could not activate this
plugin

I am running Spotty 2.1.9 with LMS 7.9.1 on Windows 7.
The connect functionality works rather well. It is just that whenever I
reboot the computer, or even stop and start LMS, the " Don't announce"
option is ticked again, and my Squeezebox does not show up in Spotify.

Just wanted to say that everything works here. Running LMS on Windows
with Spotty 2.1.9 and squeezelite players on RPIs. Spotify Connect,
multiple accounts, pausing etc, at least those features which I use.

Spotify connect via Spotty has worked like charm on my Max2play since
2.0. But when I cleared cache and rescanned my local music collection on
LMS Spotify app refused to access my players. Only worked after
reinstalling the Spotty plugin. Is there a connection or was it
coincidentally?

Are you using the Connect feature? I think that would be a daemon
crashing. Or if you skipped in LMS mode from one track to another. I've
seen crashes in that situation, too.

A little off topic (I think): I suddenly lost the player in the android
Spotify app, after updating to the latest Spotty. That has never
happened before. Anyone know how to get it back? I tried restarting the

don't know if that's an inquiry or a setting, but those lines are not
present in 2.1.9.

Sounds a bit similar to what I experience. Can you bring the muted
player back by skipping to the next song?

Spotty 2.1.9 playing a Spotify list on a Squeezeplayer, then stopped the
playback. This is muting that player. Now turning to another player,
restarting the song and it will play on that player. But switching back
to the formerly stopped Squeezeplayer it stays muted.
