Greg,   Can you use another wheelchair provider, or are you stuck using Preferred?  I've had my delays with them too so I may use United Seating [Phoenix] next time.   AZ's Medicaid long term care program [ALTCS] contracts with Preferred [and a few others] to do durable medical and equipment

I have so many custom covers to cover my electronics especially on the back of my chair because it has six black boxes for controlling the chair! My main controller and its countless wires also has a custom cover just try to keep out any water especially ice and snow. They never did figure out
